Bought this for my son. It worked fairly great all the up until the exact same day the manufacturer warranty ran out then the screen started quickly flashing on and off on off on off on off. I went to the contixo website, submitted a customer support service request "that's the only way to contact them about warranty/repair work as for they have no customer support phone number" and I have yet to hear anything back from them. This is a fairly cheap tablet but if you're concerned about ever needing the company to Uphold its warrant or anything of the sort than I'd highly recommend a different brand.

tablet was a Christmas gift for our Granddaughter she truly loves it but the only negative it takes so long to charge the Contixo Kids Tablet K102, 10-inch HD, Ages 3-7, and she was impatient as she wanted to play with it immediately as it was her Christmas gift, I would recommend if getting for a gift to open it and set the tablet up as it takes about 2.5 hours to fully set the tablet up with all the info and to charge it overnight so it can be played as soon as opened. Otherwise its a great tablet. would buy again.

UPDATE 8 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE: This tablet is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! You want to know what is even MORE garbage?! Contixo's NON EXISTANT "Customer Service" & Contixo's "Warranty". 8 months later and the tablet will not charge or turn on at all (I use the plug I charge my phone on every night so I know that the issue is the tablet and not the plug). It is obvious that Contixo knows that this is an ongoing issue with their tablets because as soon as you start navigating steps to contact their "Customer Service" they have a FAQ Troubleshooting video & instruction for this very same issue, yet it STILL doesn't fix the issue. Plain and simple, the tablet is GARBAGE! I've tried calling the "Customer Service" phone number several times to either get a busy signal or it sounds like I'm calling a cell phone with a musical ringback tone to a full voicemail system. I've also emailed them over a month ago to their "Customer Service" email they provide on their website and I got absolutely no response. So I followed up over 2 weeks ago with their website based submission form and also received zero response. ABSOLUTE TRASH! Obviously the "Warranty" means absolutely nothing because you can not even get it contact with this company. I will be reporting this company to Amazon & the BBB for false advertizing and fraud. Original review: The tablet is great for a kids tablet functionally however the biggest warning I can give on this tablet is that the sound is absolutely WAY TOO LOUD! My daughter watches YouTube a lot and while there are many different volume levels you can select on the tablet, the very lowest volume level next to a full "Mute" is a literal screaming decibel. The only way my daughter can watch this tablet is with her headphones that have a child safety limit on the volume. It is a pain in the butt to have to bluetooth connect her headphones to make her tablet even a usable option for her especially when I'm out and about by myself and trying to do a million things at one time. The speakers are accessible via the back of the tablet and I am considering affixing maybe some cotton rounds or something to it to dampen the sound (this is inconvenient though and will make the tablet look ghetto).

I ordered this tablet as a Christmas present for my 2 year old grandson. It was extremely easy for him to yes. I love that it comes with the rubber bumper for protection. The bright color makes it easy to keep up with. There are many books that are preloaded for him to listen to. The games are age appropriate and it is loaded with YouTube kids. I was very impressed with this tablet.

After reading the reviews I though I was getting a pretty good tablet for my son, but after receiving the tablet and going through the set up which took longer than expected (hours). I knew after set up this tablet was not what the reviews made it out to be. First the battery only last about one an half hours to two hours of staying on before it needs to be recharged. Secondly, the start up take entirely to long to get to the home screen and open up apps. I don't write many reviews but I have to let people know that this tablet is poorly made and does not meet the description. Now I'm back at square one looking for a another tablet for my son that actually holds a charge with a quicker processor.

I purchased this for my 4 year old son who is on the spectrum. He loves watching his videos on it and playing his apps. He's worked out the interface with ease. For that- it's a nice tablet. We've had other tablets. This one is so aggravating for how slow it is I get extremely impatient waiting for it to load when turning it on- as does my son. The stand I knew immediately was going to be a problem as my son likes to open and close it by himself and it's a bit tricky. It didn't take long for him to break it. And, of course, it's not sold separately only as part of bundles and I'm not spending nearly 100 bucks on a new tablet when I just need a new case. Sorry kiddo, we're just going to lean your tablet against things for now. Overall- nope- I would not buy this again. There are ones at about this price point that turn on SO much faster and have better cases that you can order separately- there's nothing to set this tablet apart in the positive column.
