Have a bunch of impromptu Teams calls where two people are in the same room. The calls would be constant battles to avoid the dreaded feedback/reverb. Mute, not mute. Very happy with this product. It solved the problem we had with our Zoomed in Bible study participants. Now those of us around the table, usually 5 or 6 of us, can be well heard by those who are involved through the Zoom app. My only hesitation is I don’t know about the longevity of this little mic but the construction is better than I expected. When my built-in microphone stopped working on my laptop, which is the device I use for work, I sought out the cost of repairing it. Besides the many hundreds of dollars that it I was quoted, I was also told that because my laptop was a few years old, it might not be worth the money. I have been using 'stick' mics for a while and they all work pretty good but I can't count how many times I've had to fish the stupid things from behind all my equipmet after they got knocked over. This mic has amazing quality (I've started using it with my PC for all phone calls because of the clarity) omnidirectionality seems to work and most importantly this thing stays put! It's quite heavy for its size and sits solidly flat where you place it. I am very happy with it. Nice mic but doesn’t do what it’s described to do. Says it picks up your voice from all around a table but unless I’m holding the mic right to my mouth you can’t be heard when sitting to the side of it.
