I used to be a die-hard user of Bare Minerals loose shadows. My go-to color was Sex Kitten but Bare Minerals has discontinued most of their colors and seem to be getting rid of their loose shadows line all together. I tried so many different brands (most high end name brands from Sephora) and none were as good or even close to the same color as my go-to shadow. This is almost exactly the color of Sex Kitten, but I kind of like it better because of the color changing characteristics it has. The only 2 things are, you can't see the color of them because they have names like Allure. Well pink/yellow would be better. They all look the same white powder. And 2, the lids come loose over time in my makeup bag. But they are very different and very pretty.

I have purchased 3 separate Sample packets. LOVE the product. HAPPY they offer sample quantity... that's just fun for experimentation! Blends well- vibrant colors that you can use in a shocking way or blend (I'm 58- I like to blend). But the colors don't run, fade or crease. I apply with a brush and don't notice any dropped sprinkles of color on my face... For my hazel eyes: I am blending Night Shift, Cleopatra and Nymph. It's just FUN to create looks. My issue- like others- is the packaging. SCREW the lids on the jars so they don't shake loose in shipping. I've had to match product with lids repeatedly. This is annoying to me. For the cost- the quality is there and the fun is what you make it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered Metamorph because it said and it looked gold and green. It’s not - its gold and red. It is a very fine powder that you dip or shake out of two tiny holes. I tried applying a thin line on my lid with a brush, but that didn’t work. It really just wants to be smeared on the lid. I have some Inglot Duraline that can probably turn it into a liquid so I can get a thin line, but its still the wrong color. * Sorry about the TV sound in the background of the video, I was watching Dateline… giggle ... show more
