I quit going to the gym during Covid and came to realize I really didn’t like going to the gym. During Covid, when the gyms were shut down, I put together my own gym with a bench I bought on Amazon, three sets of dumbbells, and a pull-up bar I also bought on Amazon. The only thing I couldn’t do with what I had was tricep push downs I did at the gym (on a station similar to what I have set up now), so I started doing French curls laying down to work my triceps, but it really started hurting my right shoulder. So I started looking on Amazon for something I could do tricep push downs with, and I found this product and with it I was able to put together something at an outdoor exercise area (like part of a par course) after looking at a video someone had uploaded with this product. Thanks for the video. The attached picture shows what I was able to put together. I bought the weights for this separately that fit perfectly over the sleeve that holds them that also comes with this product. So now I do everything at home except my pull-ups and tricep push downs that I do where the photo was taken that’s on the way to where I walk my dog everyday. This product is also a great value. The rope that comes with it for the tricep push downs is $20 if you just buy it alone. I know this because I had to buy one for the gym because people were always using the one I needed. The motion with the tricep push downs with this is really smooth and even, and I’m able to really able to isolate the work to the triceps. I like it better than what the gym had. By the way, if you like doing pull-ups so they don’t hurt your hands, cut out squares from a tire inner tube to use for grips on the bar. It’s like your hands are crazy glued to the bar and they don’t hurt your hands. I also bought the tire inner tube on Amazon years ago as a back up to the ones I have that someone gave me in the gym in 1978.

The Concho Cable Pulley System was very easy to setup. I set this up in my garage and it’s definitely proven to be a great alternative to a gym membership. It arrived like the next day after I ordered it. The quality of the product is professional, strong and robust, the attachments are just like the ones I used at the gym. It’s rated for up to 350lbs, but I’m nowhere near that strong. I comfortably put 155lbs on it’s going like a champ. The pulley system is very smooth so I have full confidence and trust in the product allowing me to focus on my reps. I can do a lot of the same workouts at home that I would do at the gym. I’ll still keep my membership for other activities like classes and basketball, but now I can get a good workout in at the house. No wasted travel to and from the gym to workout. This has been a great addition for me.

This is probably one of my best purchases ever. I was close to buying a functional trainer until a buddy of mine told me about this type of pully system. This is amazing for pulldowns and extension type exercises. I've used it quite a lot over the last few months and no signs of wear. It's very easy to setup and use.

I love this thing! My home gym is in my basement and there’s a metal beam with the right size hole to put the carabiner through. Since it’s a metal beam, it’s very strong and sturdy. If I couldn’t use that, I’d have to maybe loop it on my chin up tower and anchor the tower down with weights. I don’t use it for extremely heavy weights so it’s held up pretty nice so far! Use it at least 3x a week on various exercises. I like to work off the floor to get more of a stretch since it’s not up very high. Nice smooth pulleys and went together quick and easy! Great addition to the home gym!

This set has been truly instrumental in keeping me at my home gym way more than the neighborhood gym. I'm using it with a pull up cage. All the attachments are exactly what I need to use my olympic size plates with this cable set and get my pull downs and lat excersizes at home. All the attachments are incredibly helpful and I love having so many of them. The handles are very well made and I love the rubber texture that they put on the holds. The pullies and bearings seem very sturdy and able to lift much heavier loads than I'm willing to use them for. I would recommend this set with anyone that has a home gym with a cage or some safe mounting points. Excellent purchase, I kick myself for waiting so long to get it.

I live in an apartment, and there aren't any gyms convenient to my location. Getting this has really increased the amount of work I can do at home. My setup is a bit janky, as I attach the pulleys to pullup bars that I have hooked to my door frames, but I can do almost everything at home (for my upper body) that I could do at the gym. This and a set of dumbbells can really open up a lot of options for getting in a workout at your convenience, as opposed to having to fight through the crowds at gyms, or signing up for a gym that you end up not going to. The hardest part of working out is getting started, and this helps to remove that hurdle.

This equipment was exactly what I needed. I suspend one pulley to an overhead beam on my back porch and the hook the second pulley to a rope around a support column for pulling sideways. I was lucky to find it on sale for much less than competetors sell similar gear. I'm particularly impressed and pleased with the very solid and quiet pulleys together with the strong yet flexible 3/16" diameter plastic-coated steel cables with very functional ends. The carabiners make easy, quick, & versatile reconfiguration. The gear is exactly as advertized. Delivery was prompt.
