Bought in October for micro-cafe. Started using in February. Water heater leaks at all valves regardless of tightening or plumbers tape. Hand washing sink faucet broke. Main faucet leaks, and all of the sinks leaked. They are mounted with spray foam so you can’t adjust them to seal without ripping whole unit apart. Horrible product all together. Nastily paid over $1k for a plastic storage box ... show more

Great setup. Very convenient and designed well. The water has instant heat with plenty to spare. Light weight. I put on a platform with wheels. Only issue is the door wants to pop open when the water tank is full because the tank adds pressure on the door. Needs a better latch but I can fix that. Health dept loves it. ... show more

Crap. I have changed out the pump twice and still not working with the exact one the seller said it takes and I had to purchase and the faucet leaks.
