I LOVE this brush! I have fine straight hair. Very straight. That’s how It likes to be. Here’s how I make this brush work: I use Joico Heat Hero, spraying it on my damp hair all over. It is a thermal protectant which means it will protect hair from heat damage up to 400°. That’s important because this is a HOT tool! Then I style it with this brush, mostly on the low setting. In places there I really need good curl and hold, I use it on high heat, but just for a really short piece of time. At that level it’s HOT!! Once my hair is styled it holds for a couple of days with me just touching it up. A word of caution. On high heat this is also very noisy. I use ear plugs since it’s loud noise right next to my ears. But so worth it. Usually my hair loses whatever style I have within a few hours, especially if there’s any humidity. I just go flat. ... show more
