Bought this for my dad for a road trip. I have heated and cooled seats in my king ranch and this is almost as good. Actually the massaging mode I like better than the expensive truck seat that I have. My dad has serious back pain. He liked it so much he put it in his sitting chair.

i had to return the product because my legs are too sensitive to the mechanisms inside. but the customer service was great and there was nothing wrong with the product itself.

I really wanted to like this thing but honestly it left a lot to be desired. The "massage" function is just a basic vibration with three different intensity levels and four different patterns. Love the amount of options but it just doesn't exactly count as a massage when its just vibrating your back and thighs. Ventilation/cooling is absolutely non-existent. I got in my car without turning it on in 98 degree weather so I could test this thing, and still could just barely feel anything coming from it. I admittedly haven't tried the heat function on it since it's summer, but that wasn't my reason for buying it, I wanted good ventilation and massaging.

This seat cushion really helped me when I had back pain. Using this on the drive home after a long day of work was great for my sore back. Loved that u can adjust exactly where u want to get massaged and select heat or not. Little loud but that didn’t bother me.

When it works, good product. But, when I plug it in to my car charger, it takes a good bit of force. I had it working for 20 minutes, turned off my car to go in the grocery store for 10 minutes, and when I got back it wasn’t working/needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. I fought with the plug for 2-3 minutes and it broke into pieces. I know the problem didn’t stem from the car, because my other plug ins for chargers and things worked fine.

Decided to try this product since it doesn't have the hard balls in it which to me hurt. Since I have back, hip and neck issues. This worked wonderful. It was very comfortable, easy to use and the heat feels great. Will be using this in house and in the car for long distances.
