It came in a good timely manner and well packaged for protection. I decided to upgrade my old second hand pc, and chose this because of the good specs, nice pink case. It was easy to set up, and have been playing fortnite so far, and runs really well for gaming. I was a little skeptical buying from Paul's Perfect PCs at first because there was only one review, but I'm so glad I did. I've had it for a month now, and she's pink, pretty, and perfect for my setup. I have all my games on an external hard drive, so it's insanely fast. I had an issue with Bluetooth, but Paul sent me a replacement for free very quickly. It runs all my games smoothly, from Sims to Hogwarts Legacy, WoW, League, and TFT. The price point was fantastic, and did I mention it's so pretty? Literally a bubblegum pink dream! Brought this pc 3 months ago for a gift for the Mrs and so far the PC is still preforming great! I was skeptical at first cause of the low reviews but overall I’m very satisfied!! Games look great and runs buttery smooth for a good price definitely going to add more storage down the road for it

I decided to take a chance and order this prebuilt from this seller instead of building my own pc like I had done before. I don't regret this decision at all!! The seller sent out the pc immediately and it was packaged beautifully. The boxes for the CPU and GPU were included and had instructions inside for setup which was incredibly useful. The actual PC itself runs really well. I'm able to multitask easily and the computer can handle it. I'm able to draw on my graphic tablet while also looking at references/watch videos on my main monitor. Overall, amazing purchase and I highly recommend! EDITED TO ADD: I didn't realize this at the time but the motherboard for this computer does not support bluetooth or has any USB-C ports. I am unable to use my wireless Razer headset or plug in my Oculus. I personally don't think this deserves me removing any stars as these can be fixed pretty easily (a plug-in usb bluetooth adapter, and i can just use my Oculus wirelessly and charge it elsewhere.) ... show more

    • I can't access the internet...where is my wireless card that you promised me?
I got the computer and could not access the internet wireless as promised. Now, I have received a wireless adapter in the mail that requires a cd rom that the computer does not come with. I am very disappointed in the solution but I was able to hook it up through a ethernet cord and the wifi is super fast. Since I am still unable as of now to get the internet wirelessly, I am upgrading my rating to a 3 star. I do love this computer's color and light features and can access the internet through ethernet but I would prefer wireless access. ... show more
