The actual scooter is great. The company…….. not so much. I’d give them a 1 star rating. I originally ordered the scooter and it was on sale for $350. They apparently “shipped” it with no tracking number. It gets “lost” so they give me a refund. Great. Now I have to re order it and the price conveniently goes up to $550! Seriously?! Thanks to Amazon customer service, they gave me the difference in price back. Not the company. But amazon.

Excellent customer service! Long battery charge. My husband rides it all day and it has never ran down. I would purchase again. The mirrors go in the top , the holes are covered by plastic just poke thru the plastic as you screw them into the slots. Seller replies back fast with any questions.

I agree with the person above who said nice scooter not so nice company mine arrived with a broken mirror (two weeks still waiting for replacement) and a cracki in the rubber casing in the rear The company has been reticent to replace it and slow to respond to our complaints and restoration

I really love my scooter! It’s super easy to charge, which is a big plus for me. I also love that it has mirrors on the sides.
