I bought it for my 4'10ft mom to be comfortable. It was a little big for that height but still manageable. Easy set up and to clean; my was the brown leather. The right firmness, 2 cup holder ( one on each side of arm rest) massage feature with heat was good just don't put a thick layer of cover.

We purchased this chair for our elderly mother, it was easy to put together, looks good and she loved it. My only complaint would be that there are no instructions for the remotes, (there are two) and the labeling on the remote for the heat and massage is light blue on a light blue background making them almost impossible to read, especially for an elderly person. ... show more

It does ship in two different boxes. I was a first concerned because I got box two of two one evening. But the very next day before lunch, the other box arrived. I'm 6 ft tall and weigh 255. I had had a lift chair in the past that was borrowed which I hated. This one looks really nice in my den and I love the features of the massage points that it has as well as the heat. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. It is very simple to assemble which took me approximately 15 minutes. The media could not be loaded. My wife is recovering from back surgery. The nerve damage in her back affected her right leg and she has a lot of trouble using it. I thought that this chair would help. After using it for a couple of weeks of normal use the left arm got really loose. It felt like something was broken inside. I contacted the seller with the number I got from Amazon. They wanted a video of the issue. I sent them the video below. It’s been about a month and they haven’t responded. Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up.
