Took a couple hours to assemble. But all the parts feel like good quality. Impressive finish coating on rack. Seems fairly heavy duty. Not super duty. The chin up bar could use extra gripping surface. Pretty smooth. But love the bar. The J hooks move easy and are heavy duty. Bought the dip attachments and they are a must have. Although they do slightly move when you dip. So it forces you to be balanced and go slower. Rack hasn't tipped yet although but I'm considering screwing it with large tapcons to my cement floor. Great value and looking forward to years of use.

I was blown away with a quality of this equipment it is solid absolutely love it been using it comes with anything and everything you can think of if you're working out by yourself a Smith machine is the way to go you will absolutely not regret this purchase but definitely requires two people to install and was delivered in a very large wood crate heavy as hell but everything was absolutely packed beautifully safely bubble wrap nothing was exposed nothing was rubbing nothing was damaged my hat's off to the vendor and to the shipper a absolutely must have once again

This is hands down the best complete home gym there is! We did all the research on more popular brands like ritfit and major fitness but this has the most bang for your buck and its build so much better! Its solid, doesnt move or feel cheap at all. The packaging was excellent and nothing was scratched up. It only took my husband and I 2.5 hours to put together. Now, shipping was wonky so be prepared. Amazon said it was shipped with Yun express, ceva home delivery is who called to schedule to delivery and they were the ones who delivered. But the seller said it was shipped with STL. All in all, Im very happy with this and worth every penny!

I bought the black cage with 360 lbs of weight. If you watch the YouTube video it is all correct. This one does not have a weight plate stacks though. Assembly was easy, it's not listed in this instruction manual but do tighten all of the bolts until the machine is done. The instruction manual did not include when to add the attachment holders that go on the top back and the plate covers, I figured that out from bushidosteelcrafts YouTube video on assembly. I have not received a 45 lb plate yet. I think it has been lost during shipping but the seller was so kind as to immediately ship me a new one after checking in with them. I was having an issue with the right-side pull-down cable that would get stuck and not come down smoothly, but I think replacing the plate-loaded part helped. I think the plate holder was dropped and had slightly tipped in where the pulley is screwed so it was rubbing it. I will update this later. Another issue was that the L side cable arm cannot slide down to the lowest setting completely because of the landmine attachment. It is not an issue if you are using the outer most settings but the middle settings are a problem. I also had a bit of a hardship setting up where i had a lot of slack from the cable arms, pull down, and row. I fixed it right up by pulling the cable that is attached to the back of the arm and held by screws. So far I've had it assembled for a week and a half and I love it. It's so great. I upgraded this version to have weight stacks by buying the Ader weight stacks here on Amazon and then buying a fork pulley attachment on Atlantis Fitness, a small company from Texas. Their website is not that updated but they are legit in case y'all want to upgrade yours too. Total cost was roughly the same as the version of this machine with stacks plus the bench. I have added pictures. Replacing the plate-loaded part helped with the slow pulley cable. Not sure what it was doing, I suspect one of the sides where the pulley is screwed in had tilted in from being dropped, but I can't tell, it's not drastic damage. Now it's smooth and plate-loaded. Update: both of the handgrips have broken with little use and the knee holding bar for the lat pull down set up slides off of the holes on the arm rests that its supposed to go to so ive never been able to use it.

Assembly was simple. Comes with tools (not great ones) but i used my own. Instructions were good enough. Got the lat pulldown setup with it and a set of jammer arms. Both great. Quality is plenty good for my garage gym. Its not bolted down, i just make sure i have weight on the storage pegs and lat pulldown. If you dont have weights to spare i suggest bolting it or getting a couple sandbags to put on the bottom crossmembers. Handles heavy weight fine. J-cups are nice. Safety straps seem good. All in all, i love it. I wasnt going to spend thousands on "commercial grade" equipment when im the only one using it. I highly reccomend this rack.

Ive bought and sold gym equipment for decades. I'll be the first to say 11 gauge racks are overkill for any home gym. I found this rack on Amazon at 12 gauge steel with Lazer cut holes and numbers at a decent height at this price I had to purchase. Package was delivered without damage and parts and hardware were all there and properly marked. Came with wrenches for assembly and with a little help went together without a hitch. Only two flaws were found. 1) the rack is narrow. Most racks are 47" to 49" wide. This is 45" which doesn't allow a wide bar grip when benching or squatting. Also my multigrip bar won't fit between uprights. 2) one of the safety strap brackets doesn't line up properly and sucks to adjust. The holes are just slightly off. I believe this is the best bang for buck rack on the market at this time. This has top tier equipment feel and performance at a fraction of the cost with free shipping and fast delivery. Just keep in mind you may not be able to use your specialty bars in this rack. The black looks sick in my gym,(because I'm Batman)but the red makes it easier to read the numbers, and looks good as well.
