This slushy machine has been great. We use it in our cafe and run it nonstop from spring to fall. We keep one bowl filled with our cold brew and the other with seasonal flavors. It's easy to use and makes a consistent slushy. You need to ensure you have enough liquid and sweetener in the mix or it will freeze as the directions indicate. My only criticism is the low sound it continually makes. Our customers don't notice it and it's not that loud, but we have a small cafe and our machine is behind the cashier where it can sometimes seem loud when you're taking orders. I would recommend placing the machine further from where customers are placing orders.

I had a long email conversation with the service company or Owners - not really sure but I have to say after a few months of going back n forth they sent all the fixed parts and I have a working machine. They did refund the money for the machine as well which was a bonus since I did not have a working one. Please note I bought this over 4 months ago and finally have it working after getting all the parts. The thing is, I am handy and swapping operations boards and doing things with a solder gun is comfortable with me but this machine came broken out of the box but the service I finally received was consistent and thorough making sure I got what I needed to fix the machine. NET NET - its a good machine when it is working and the Sellers will make sure you have everything you need to make it work. NET NET NET - I would and will probobly by another machine from them soon.

***Updated my review*** no after sale support no customer service. I need a simple replacement part that i would purchase happily but there is no way to reach them. They give you an email but they dont respond.**** This machine works great I looked for a long time and finally settled on this one and happy I chose it. It freezes pretty quick and is easy to use. I wpuld highly recommend this machine. The instructions can be a little tricky your first time with how the tank installs. The first time I tried it leaked all out. The front tank little feet don't rest on the tabs they need to go past the front tabs to secure it. It took more force then i thought and was afraid to break it. Just Make sure to apply adequate lubricant on the back rubber gasket so the tank slides on to it fully with ease.

The media could not be loaded. My wife loves slushy drinks and we were going to the store every other day, so we decided to get a machine, and it has paid off!! This makes drinks just like the store and really better because you get to season to your taste, if you like them sweeter then just add liquid sugar to it. This also will let you firm it up to what you want, you can make it really slushy or make it a little less firmer. The only downside of this machine is that the fan is really loud so we put it in the garage, other than that no problems what so ever. This machine is not made for sugar free drinks, we don’t do sugar free but figured I’d let people know. We don’t drink but it will make margaritas and other specialty drinks as well. The customer service is awesome!! I did contact them about the fan specifications so I can get a fan that’s a little more quieter and the response was really quick, I just haven’t had time to get one yet, if I do get one I’ll share. If you have kids or love slushy drinks, I total recommend this machine, you will not regret it and the packaging was also great.

The machine was used to add to our party business. My husband is a DJ and we often provide the two services together. After about 10 rentals the machine has paid for itself! The machine is fairly quiet. The noise is not noticeable. The appearance of the machine is sleek and has enough room to allow us to put our business logo on the side or the front of the machine. It has performed amazing and when the slush gets low after the initial use, it’s really quick to freeze again. The size is perfect for us to slide it onto a rolling cart and roll it around. We normally use a plastic table cloth to cover the bottom shelf of the cart but be careful not to let the tablecloth cover the back vent as it doesn’t allow the machine to breathe and work efficiently. It is cleaned with ease. We fill it with water several time and wipe it with a clean towel and bam it’s ready for the next customer! It was definitely a great investment for our party themed business.

I have owned this machine for over a year now and feel I can honestly review it. The machine works amazingly well. If you add cold ingredients, you have slush in about an hour and a half. We have enjoyed trying different mixes and have found that adding champagne to the mix really enhances the cocktails. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys frozen cocktails. I have zero negative comments. One thing you should know before buying though, the machine is very loud. Very loud. And one other thing, you must make batches in both tanks. You cannot use only one tank. This means you are making a minimum of five gallons each batch. The service from the company has been amazing. I broke one of my tanks. I reached out via email and they responded within hours. They replaced my tank after sending a few photos. They made the experience quick and easy.

This was the best investment purchase I’ve ever decided to make. Set up, breakdown and cleaning up is very easy and convenient. The machine manual is very detailed as well as the QR codes with links on how to set up and breakdown the machine. I also do want to mention Customer Service response time is immaculate. I reached out and not even hour later I was assisted. Don’t second guess your purchase, it’s worth it.
