Great so far! Used it for a big get together at the pool, outside temperature was about 85F and machine was able to get down to -7C (started from 24C liquid) in about 5 hours, so plan ahead or use in air conditioned building. Controls are easy, temperature could be set independently for both mixing containers. Containers are removable for easy cleaning. Everyone enjoyed the margaritas!

Update!! The customer service is second to none. I told them about the issue and they got another one shipped out immediately. Hopefully this one will work for longer than the last one when it’s working it’s great!!! Would recommend for bars and restaurants. Only worked for less than 30 days than it quit freezing. I loved it until it just quit freezing. I tried all the steps for troubleshooting none of it worked.

We received on time…after that all down hill. We sponsored event and we start machine one day in advance. Unit did not work. Not one frozen drink. The highlight at event was frozen drinks. The worst!! We tried to get company on line, Amazon even tried to help us. We wasted case of product. Worst after returning unit we still receive nothing on product. Come to find out machine was defective. Make sure if you order this give yourself time to make sure it works.
