  • Works Normal (a good thing), Instructions / Labels are off. Works Normal (a good thing), Instructions / Labels are off.
Over all, this is great. But the instructions were kinda accurate. You have to look at the pictures carefully and figure out your parts. They said grab #1 and #2 (2 of each)..... Um... I have LB, LF, RB and RF...... All parts on mine had different stickers. Lol. Took about 2 hours to sort through it. It was not hard, just more time consuming. It did come with extra hardware, so if you drop and lose a screw or washer, they did have 1-3 extras. 2 Burners equal is 130k btu. Better then the standard pot style that was 100k btu from my previous crawfish pot. Quality is actually solid when its finished. Just an FYI, do the leg set up first as instructions say. But then make your next step, the wheels. Then the frame sits level and is easier to put together . I think wheels was step 16. Make that #2... The dump part, if you go fast, crawfish will fall out. But that's minor. Could use improvement, but you can actually work around that. Much better then trying to left a basket from a pot (if you have a bad back). So, minor detail, but definitely NOT a deal breaker like some reviews. Overall... It works, it heats up normally, construction is solid. Directions are a pain, but you can figure it out. I do recommend it. ... show more

  • Good quality and value for the cost.
Goes together fairly easily, just takes a little time. It is very well constructed, fit and finish on all the parts is very good. The only downside I noticed is the drain pipe and valve are kind of a small diameter and may be an issue draining when boiling crawfish, little claws and parts may get stuck. I particularly like the shelf which folds down when not in use and including a stirring paddle is a nice touch. ... show more

  • Assembly may require a masters degree
A little much to put it together and required some muscle and brain power to get it done but great product after that

  • I gave 4 stars, but it needs some more attention to details. I gave 4 stars, but it needs some more attention to details.
I am a mechanically minded individual that usually doesn’t have any problems putting things together; however, this is not the case with this cooker. I think a spent about 12 hrs on 3 different days assembling. Parts are not individually labeled and had to rely on a very small sketch to see what was what. Instructions consisted of small pictures with very little wording (see photos). A QR code that would take you to video of assembly would be great. Also needs better order of assembly. Also hardware consisted of Phillip head screws. Some areas were difficult to get screwdriver in without putting angle in it. Then the head would want to strip out. The screws in corners where frame bolted to legs were particularly difficult (see photo). Bolt studs with nuts would work much better here, and (why is it 3 threaded screw holes in legs but only 2 holes in frame where it fastens together?) After assembly I ran water in it to max fill line. From flame on (max on on regulator) to rolling boil took 21 minutes, which I think is pretty good. Heat shields need improvement. The shelf on side is practically useless when flame is on as it gets too hot and would melt plastic if left on it. I left stirring paddle on shelf when doing this test run, I got a couple blisters on fingers as a result. My fault, but further emphasizes the point that it needs better heat shielding. Will be using for real on Saturday, so hopefully it will cook as advertised. ... show more

  • Get this boiler now!
I absolutely love this boiler. Prior to this, my husband had to do all the boiling because I couldn't lift the basket alone. Now with this boiler, I can do it all. It's easy clean up afterwards and it's not too bulky. My only complaint (which isn't really a complaint) is that the propane holder is a little difficult to fold up and store. Otherwise this is the absolute best boiler, especially if you are boiling alone. ... show more

  • Very good quality
Heats up super fast, and extremely easy to use. Heavy duty 💯. Do plan a couple hours to put together if you wear glasses.
