I unpacked the ice machine and found the water line to be a little difficult to hook. Being mechanical inclined I took the back off, cut the water line and spliced in with a coupling and I was good to go. That is the ONLY negative of this machine so far. For the money, this thing is more than I expected. Within 20 minutes of hooking up, you have the first batch of ice. Within just a couple of hours the entire reservoir was full. I typically empty when it is full and bag it or put it in an ice chest. Every morning I wake to another 30lbs of fresh ice. I don't like the fact that the ice maker tray fills with water,but it makes ice,just floating in water I need something or instructions on how to make it stop filling. I'm using bottled water It has used half of a 5-gallon of water I don't see how i need a pressure regulator with bottle water. Someone needs to help me with this problem promptly . I found a friend that knows how to adjust the flow of water so I will keep it.
