This brace is very comfortable and it does help with back support. I had another back brace that had many rigid supports across and this one only has the one wide one in the back. When I bought this product I was very skeptical. I have bought products like these before and they never worked. However, this one was different it had a solid support in the back so I can line it up with my spine. And actually had two crossover supports for the front so I can adjust the support according to my pain during the day. This has been one of the best back braces I have ever tried. I love the support, and the way it fits nicely. Today was my first day wearing it to work and I am not in pain. The past three days I haven’t been able to move or sleep because of the lower back pain. I ordered this back brace, hoping it would help ease the pain and give me support and it did just that! I really need some sort of back support that doesn’t ride up. I have constant back pain and the support from this is great, but it doesn’t stay in place if you move around at all. While sitting it also rides up. If it would stay in place it would be perfect.
