    • Easy to use, but software is a major downfall

Very easy to use and set up. The manual focus isn’t the easiest as the laser is so bright it’s hard to see when it’s at its smallest beam. The software is VERY basic, there’s no shape’s tab so you have to draw everything with your finger on the mobile app or mouse on a computer. If you wanted a square or circle. You would have to save those in a different program and import them to use it for this machine. It isn’t a huge machine but it does have a nice engraving area for its size. I think if they did a update to the software, this would be a great little machine for small jobs and it’s great that you can use your phone to run it. ... show more

I received the item promptly which was good. Out of the box everything seemed OK. When I started to use, I had a lot of touble getting the print size and start position right and couldnt find any help on the subject. Then, the laser stopped all together even though the head was moving. The email provided for support doesnt work. I had a look at the printer and found one of the wires in to the plug that attaches to the laser had come out. As I couldnt get on to support and the thought of going through the return process would have meant delays and costs, I bought a new plug and rewired it. I spliced it and put a small cable tie to the head so that the movement wont put stress on the thin wires and plug. This is a design flaw that I believe they should address. ... show more
