4/5 because it works greats but it did take quite a while to put together. Each crystal had to be individually connected to another crystal and installed in the light fixture. Plan for about four hours of installation time.

It’s a beautiful Pieces with clear good quality crystals. Had to pay to install it and when it wouldn’t balance saw that the whole gold strip Going around was bent. We had to take it down and will return!! Packaging could be way better !! Disappointed!
