I did not read the product reviews before making my purchase. While waiting for the chair to arrive, I decided to read what others had to say. I began to think I had made a huge mistake. When the chair arrived I began looking at all the assembly steps and various pieces involved. Wow, can I do this. I got worried about it. I called a friend to help me as two adults were recommended for easier assembly. When we actually got started all the negative reviews ceased to be a concern. Assembly was quite simple in fact. If you read the instructions before you start, pay attention to details, and have patients it goes smoothly. After assembly I found this chair to be very sturdy and comfortable. Some reviews complained about the chair back being stiff and hard. In truth the chair forces you sit with good posture and supports your back very well which is ultimately less fatiguing when sitting for long periods of time. I'm a big guy of 6'1" and 230 pounds. I love the heat and massage functions, and find them very soothing. In my opinion it is a very nice chair for the money. I'm guessing it will be good for several years.

This chair is horrible! My son has had it for 3 months and the whole bottom frame part broke into a bunch of pieces.

Really easy set up. Arm rests were the only slightly complicated part to set up. Once arm rest is expanded inside zipping fabric back up is hard. Chair does appear slightly smaller but not sure if its just cushions need time to fully expand (just put together this morning so hasn't been out of box for long).

I love my chair. It is just the right size (I am 5ft-6in) and comfortable. It was easy to put together. But you must be patient and read the directions when assembling this chair. The best part is the massage you get while sitting there. I didn't find the massage part terrible because I have been on massage tables before, and yes, you feel the massage balls every time they go up and down. Just like I felt It In contrast, at my chiropractor's office, he has the table you lay on, and you feel every ball and ripple from that table, and you're supposed to feel them, or it's not working; I have had massage mats also and felt all the ripples through them also. My dogs get slightly freaked out from the vibration, but that's good. It will keep them off for now. LOL. It came fast, and it was packed well. That said, this is not a FAKE REVIEW as someone claims that Amazon is putting out. I do a lot of shopping on Amazon, and all my REVIEWS are REAL and to the POINT. So, thank you to this company and Amazon for the products you list here.

Value for money paid: $249 free shipping in 2023. Decent chair, for easy use. Chair ships in 6 parts, fairly easy to assemble. Heat and vibration nice features. Foot recliner was always hard to push down to lock. PROBLEM the foot recliner release cable broke right below handle after 18 months of moderate use. Company was not very helpful. Would not give new cable and wanted $80 to ship new full base part, or 10% off whole new chair (no more free shipping.) Nothing online or in manual as to how to replace the broken release cable. Went online amazon and found 44.5 inch podoy cable for $7. Check measurements before you order, the cable from screw in plate to handle is about 7 inches or so. To replace need: Flashlight, phillips screwdriver, knife, long needle nose pliers. Take apart chair, upside down, remove 2 screws on side plate below handle, 2 sewn tabs had to cut (repaired with duct tape). Try to take a picture before you take apart. Need to manually open the chair because the cable end needs to hook through hole by the small spring. There is a plastic clip that needs to be pushed out to release the cable, near the spring. Remember where the cable hook came out, and where it goes back. Takes 2 people, one to work in the cable other to manually maneuver the foot recliner. Once we figured it out it went together easier. $7 vs. $80 plus s+h.

Hasn’t lasted a year and needs to be replaced. When we first got it was ok, comfortable enough and the vibration was nice. Bought it for the reclining a swivel feature mostly. Of course it’s not the most amazing chair but I didn’t expect that for the price. But now It feels unstable and the swivel base seems to be cracking. It also doesn’t seem to rock correctly it stops hard when rocking back. Company did help when the controller stopped working a few months after purchase. I’d pay a bit more for something that will last. I expected to get a couple years out of it at least. The material has held up really good though.

We purchased this chair a little before Xmas, the package arrived damaged and taped up. We found missing parts and notified company. They were quick to respond and very helpful. We sent pictures back for them to verify package came damaged and they sent out new chair within a couple day. Mind you this was going on between Xmas and New Years but they were still responsive and satisfied our order. This was purchased for my 72 yr old father and he loves it!
