This thing could have come in two boxes with the sides pre-assembled but came in one box and took two hours to put everything together. One of the pre-assembled arms had a tear in it and the slip covers for the side arms were nearly impossible to zip up even after multiple adjustments. One of the zippers fell off when I tried to zip it around the metal frame. The brackets for the side pieces were difficult to slide into place as the cushions were so fat you could not see to line up the pieces. One of the side arms would not line up with the holes for the bracket bolts, forcing me to make a new hole in the fabric. Also one of the arm rests was tucked under the chair leg rest and could not be pulled out without connecting the lift button before the chair was assembled. In short, it was unpleasant and time consuming to set up. Once assembled it looked and worked well and has been well used for a week and holding up with no issues. The base is quite sturdy and the cushioning is nice. The lift mechanism works fine.

The price is good for this recliner, but you do have to put it together yourself and the box is pretty large. That is fine, as I figured that would be the case, BUT when I put together the arms and put the fabric that had the cushions for the armrests, there definitely lacked cushion and it was not snug on the frame. This caused a wrinkle look on the arms of the recliner, which made the recliner look cheap. We had purchased one of these recliners before for my father and it was fine - I did not have this issue. When I ordered the second recliner - for mom, this recliner came with the fabric wrinkly and it seemed like less cushion on all parts overall.

The directions were a bit tricky for the frame and getting it put together properly. Also tricky getting the cover put on the frame right. After that, the chair assembly was pretty easy amd straight forward. Would give the chair 4 stars for assembly because of the frames.

I don’t normally leave review but I bought this and am so far pleased. Set up looked harder than it was. It was easy. It heats, it vibrates, it reclines. It’s comfy. One complaint is the length of the power cables but I fixed that with a surge protector acting as an extension of sorts. So far so good. Worth it for $329.

This chair looks exactly like it is pictured. However, two small things would have been helpful. First, it would have been nice to know where to shove all the cables before that back flap was closed. I was concerned about placing a cable somewhere that would cause it be get caught in the lift motor apparatus. Also it would have been helpful to have a pocket or pockets close to the arms to stash the chair remotes. Shouldn’t have to stick them in pouch with your magazines.

ALTHOUGH THE CHAIR IS COMFORTABLE, IT CAME IN TOO MANY PIECES INCLUDING HAVING TO STRETCH THE LEATHER OVER THE ARMREST FRAMES. TOOK A FEW DAYS OF PULLING AND STRETCHING. NOT EASY AT ALL! OTHER THAN THAT DRAWBACK IT'S FINE. NOTE ALSO THAT THIS IS NOT FOR A LARGE OR TALL PERSON. MADE FOR A SMALLER FRAMED INDIVIDUAL.

Bought for my husband who has had a double stroke with residual weakness and has dementia. He can operate the chair by using only the positioning control and keeping the massage and warmth control in the handy pocket on the left. That way he isn’t overwhelmed with too much to learn at one time. It will be handy in helping him prevent falls when exiting the chair to use his walker b/c it puts him at a good height to reach the handles of the walker.

The media could not be loaded. Do not even consider buying this chair or anything from this seller!!! We purchased it for my Dad May 4, 2023 as he began to decline. It was very important that he and his care givers have a comfortable recling chair that rises. This chair worked for about 72 hours and then was STUCK in an upright position making it absoultely impossible to use in any way! I wrote the manufacturer and they asked me to send this video and photo. They told me they would send the parts to fix it right away. Almost, 2 months later we received parts that DO NOT work!!? I wrote and asked for the correct parts or a credit and NEVER heard back. Amazon's, A to Z group, that investigates 3rd party seller issues, have denied to help us which is shocking considering how much our family spends on Amazon each year. My Dad sadly passed away July 5th and never got to enjoy this chair. When it worked the 3 days it did, it was great but it is not worth taking the risk to buy this product or any other product from this company unless you are willing to possibly loose $416 which is what we spent with tax! If the company cares at all about their reputation and standing by their products, they will finally credit us back and I will be more than happy to share that with other customers on Amazon. Until that hopefully finally happens, watch our video and you will see if you get a lemon you are stuck with it!
