Bought this chair on November 25, 2025, and it is already broken. The air pressure cylinder is sinking constantly, need to replace this is 5 months of usage. I will not recommend buying. Bad Product.

Love this chair. Offers great back support, excellent height from the floor if you have knee problems and with the armrests, makes it easy to get up off the chair. I ordered one for my office at work and had to order another one for at home office.

    • Unzip the back of the chair to get all the parts for the chair installation.
At first could not find most of the chairs parts or the instructions. They wee stored in the back of the chairs back. It was easy to put together. It took a little longer than expected, The chair is very comfortable.
