I received the futon on time and it was very well packed. The assembly instructions were very clear but the assembly sucked doing alone. I would recommend filling a 100 gallon bucket with patience and find a helper!! The size is good for my small apartment but its super hard and wouldnt use it for sleeping. I got a great sale price but would never pay the original price because of being uncomfortable. I love the gray color and the size. It seems good quality and should last a little while.

Item does not look like the photo. Is not comfortable. It is not sturdy. The quality is not strong. The color is not like the photos....and the description is misleading. The description says free returns, but this is not true. I've asked the seller to help returning the item, however, they will not allow a "hassle free return". They had the audacity to offer me $20 when I asked for a refund. This will not a be a simple drop to Khols return. They make you jump through hoops so the return process cost you (with packaging) more than the item cost. This is not a good company to do business with. Amazon, should drop them from their vendor list. Do your self a favor and stay away. Communication with this seller has been poor. I do not recommend anyone buy from this company.

I bought this knowing it would likely be uncomfortable, but it was only $100 and almost exactly what I needed for my small camper. It was hard trying to find a futon small enough - when this is a sofa it only takes up about half my camper space and that is precisely what I was looking for. I am 5'2" so the length is pretty much perfect. I have a 2" mattress topper I put on top and along with my sleeping bag makes for a comfy bed. I will leave the topper on all the time since the couch is uncomfortable to sit on. Setup was easy and took about 45 minutes by myself and I like that I can move it around in two pieces if need be. Plus there is enough space underneath (10") for storage, which I really need in such a small camper. My usage is obviously not one that will be of use to most people, but thought I would share why it works for me. Sofa or slideout beds made specifically for small campers are really expensive ($1000+) and I just couldn't justify the cost.

I was skeptical ! Price was great but I was so worried about the quality… and this little futon did not disappoint! It’s compact, it’s small but that’s what we wanted . Took a bit to figure out how to put it together ( instructions were mediocre) but once I did one side the other was easy. It’s super cute in my daughter’s dorm under her lofted bed and left just enough room for a side table. It easily converts to a bed. ( ideally Sleeping 1 person) She also loved that you can adjust the backs of the futon to lean so you can have a cozy movie night . The little arm pillows are not really necessary and they were pretty thin . Great for small spaces , and people not over 6’ tall .

My couch is dope nice sturdy decent size for my home. I love the extra plus of it turning into a bed. The futon comes with tools but I recommend using a screwdriver to get the screws tight. Just decorate the couch with pretty pillows or blankets and you'll love it

If you are looking for seating for adults don’t buy this. I’m 5’2 and the back doesn’t reach my hip. Very short. It looks like it’s made for a child. It is very sturdy but not very comfortable. The color is more brown than orange. I’m very disappointed. I would send it back if I could but there’s no way to pack it back up since the cushions were vacuum packed.
