Love this chair! Bought for my office, because that’s where I spend half my time. People love to come in and sit in my cute pink chair! It does sit a little low, beware of that if you have bad knees. It is a cute pale pink as shown, good price, pretty stable and sturdy. Comfortable enough for a quick relax moment, but there is not passing to cushion the bars so it could get uncomfortable. The foot stool is ok, it is not padded and folds up easy, so not exactly stable. The frame bars are not comfortable at all, I have to turn it sideways so it becomes a foot hammock. Easy assembly, comes out of the box without anything to put together and it fits and functions in the office space.

This chair is awesome! It's really comfortable and so soft. I love sitting in it after a hard workout or long day. I just sink into it it's like a nice hug it gives you. It seems like very sturdy/ high quality material. I like that i can fold it away very easily for space when I'm not using it. I like the little foot rest too, though it kind of collapses a little in the middle when I put my legs on it but that is only negative thing I have to say. I love the color and shape it goes well on my space. Hope this review helps someone.

I'm very happy with this chair and ottoman. I sat in it without waiting for it to fully puff up and still found it very comfortable. I have a small bedroom and needed a chair that could be folded and stored away when not needed. This is the perfect chair for that. I would buy again or suggest someone else who needs a chair for a small room to buy it. The frame is sturdy and won't break easily, the body is soft and very comfortable, and both the chair and ottoman are very easy to fold back up when not needed. Needs little space to store them both. They can even be stored under a bed. I would buy again if I ever were to need to. The price was also very reasonable.

DO NOT BUY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!!! Complete garbage and of course it broke two days after the return window closed. I am not overweight nor do I meet the maximum weight limit. I have used this thing a total of five times and today I went to sit in it and the left side broke so now I am out of my money and stuck with an absolute piece of garbage to boot! This chair is cheaply made and the stitching on it is not secure. On top of that I wish I had returned it when I wanted to because it’s honestly not that comfortable to sit in. Always listen to your gut when you buy something and return asap. Also I am a Vine reviewer so I review items all the time so know what I’m talking about. I should have treated this like one of my review products and inspected it from the very beginning. So please take my word and get something better.

Love this chair! I live in a dorm and this is great to study in. Its very comfortable, worth the price, and had no assembly other than unfolding it. Its sturdy and comfortable enough I can either lay down and put the footrest farther, or sit upright and cross-legged. There are a couple minor things to add though. The footrest does slide away pretty easily, but im on carpet and the grippers may work better on laminate or wood. The chair is very soft and fluffy, but over time some of the fluff has slid down rather than staying at the top and back.

So I ordered this chair a couple of months ago, and ngl It’s comfy to sit it. At first I really liked and enjoyed this chair, however, not even two full months later, chair literally collapsed under me while I was sitting in it. Both hinges broke. It’s unusable now. I tried returning this, and I can’t even return it because with it being broken, it won’t collapse all the way anymore. And nobody has a box that is big enough to fit this, and the cost the it would be to ship this item back is more than this chair is even worth. So now, I’m out of a chair, and unable to even get a refund for the product. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. It’s rated to hold up to 300 lbs. Im closer to the 260 range. So it should have been able to hold my weight according to the description. And it did not. I am not happy with this product at all. And if you are anywhere over 200 lbs, I would caution against you ordering this item. Edit: I want to apologize because I previously had written an update to this post that didn’t post for whatever reason and I am just now going back over some of my previous reviews and saw it failed to upload my update. I wanted to update my review because I wanted to acknowledge my appreciation for the customer service. They reached out to me a while back, were respectful, prompt, and did everything they could to make things right. They were responsive, with replies usually taking no longer than 1 business day in most cases. Which I really appreciated and really did help streamline getting to a resolution. The refunded me for the product and even shipped out a new chair as a curtesy. To this day I still have yet to set up the new chair they sent out to replace the one that broke. It’s still in the box. So at this time, I cannot comment on if that chair is any better or sturdier than the first one I got. However they did have really great customer service and I at least wanted to credit them for that an acknowledge it. I think that is worth at least 3 stars but for now I cannot rate this product any higher than that. Once I get around to using the replacement chair I’ll update this review again. But for now, that’s my update that I wanted to share. Also, one last caveat, when trying to get this resolved they did say they were going to look at their products and try to improve the quality and would try to make improvements based on the feedback. Obviously the chair they sent me as a replacement would probably be before any changes were made, if any were made since then. So they could have worked on these since my initial review and tried to make them sturdier. Just be cautious if you are a heavier person.
