Tenia las almohadas Confort Rev que compra en 2015 en Pricesmart Colombia y por el tiempo el gel se dañó (cumplieron su ciclo), fueron las mejores almohadas que he tenido. Por lo que llegó el momento de reponerlas y las volví a comprar por Amazon debido a que en Pricesmart ya no las venden. Me llegaron hace 10 días y ohh mala sorpresa. Las almohadas que venden por amazon parecen una copia barata (siendo muy costosas), son en extremo livianas en memory foam, lo cual al apoyar la cabeza quedas como si no tuvieras almohada, el gel es seguramente otro material porque no tiene nada de sensación fría (por el contrario, es un material que al apoyar la cabeza se calienta inmediatamente). A pesar de haber leído todos los malos comentarios que hay en este producto hice caso omiso porque se que la gente es muy cansona y deja malos comentarios por cualquier mínimo detalle. Pero me arrepiento de no haber hecho caso a los comentarios. Esto es el peor producto que he comprado. Save your money. The cooling side does not stay cool and it is extremely awkward and uncomfortable to lay your head on it. The memory foam is comfortable so I ended up just using the back side for now until I get a tempurpedic pillow.

This is my 2nd purchase of this pillow. Bought 2 at Costco about 12 years ago. The cool gel pad started leaking in 1 pillow, but after 12 years of use, I feel that I got my money’s worth! As a side or back sleeper with a long neck, this pillow is a must have. Glad I found a replacement on Amazon!
