I bought this pillow in August of 2020. I had the same pillow prior for 9 years and loved it. Well this pillow is not the pillow of the past. I loved it for the first maybe 8 months(definitely not as cool as their old pillows), but then I noticed weird lumps. So i removed the pillow case & dust mite/pillow protector and I discovered the cooling gel had melted/congealed and moved. The gel is slimy, sticky, or crumbling off! It has proceeded to only get worse. I am so disappointed. For the price of these things, it should last waaaay longer than a year. I’m so upset. I feel duped. Who wants a sticky, lumpy pillow?! Please save your money & get something else. The quality of this pillow should cost $10 at most. Time to search for a new brand. ... show more

Got this pillow to replace my old Comfort Revolution gel cooling pillow. There is an noticeable odor when you take it or if the plastic, but that dissipates within a week. It took me a couple of weeks to get used to this pillow, because it was taller and a bit more dense than my last Comfort Revolution pillow. Unfortunately, the cooling gel side has noticeable large bumps, and doesn't stay cool like my last pillow did. The raised bumps leave marks on your face and body, so I don't even sleep with that side up against my face anymore. I wish Comfort Revolution would have just left a good thing alone and not revised their pillow... This one is just okay. I am keeping it since I am used to it now, but I really wish it was like the original CR pillow that I bought many years ago at Sam's Club. ... show more

The pillow looks different than the one advertised. The “cooling” part is oddly off center so it touches the edge on one side and there is a 12 in gap on the other side. There is ZERO cooling happening- which is the whole reason I purchased it. I needed a replacement for the first one I bought which was amazing for years. This was a ridiculous price for something that clearly looks and feels like a bad knock off ... show more

I always suffered neck pain especially from being on the computer for so long at work. A friend of mine recommended me this pillow after trying hers and I fell in love. I immediately purchased it. I really did love these pillows once upon a time. They have changed quite a bit thought, they used to be much more firm and offered a lot of neck support for side sleepers. Now the one I received in the mail yesterday is so squishy that when you lay on it it goes down about 80%. Don't waste your money if you are looking for good side support for your neck. If I wanted a squishy pillow I would have bought 5 of them for the price I paid for this one. ... show more
