With two settings for heat, you can easily choose your comfort level, and with two years or warranty (after registering your product on manufacturer's web site) you can also have peace of mind. You will need a good chair to start with because the padding is not exactly ergonomic or thick, but on top of a good chair, the heat function is great for a sore back or a cold bottom. I would buy it again.

However, cord has loose connection. I attempted to contact customer service with no response. Another drawback is it only stays on for 15 minute at a tme. Seat heats but back area is not so great i will consider something else next time
