The media could not be loaded. When I first received the chair, I thought it was good value for the price. However my high expectation led to a disappointment almost right away. When I turned on the switch, I heard plastic massaging balls cracking each other & metal sprung sound from the back massage. Few days later, I heard VERY loud breaking sound, then the back massaging balls stayed at the bottom. As in the video(put a red tape to show where the balls were), no matter what position I select, it would stay at the bottom. I've requested the replacement, and it took about a week to receive the replacement. And so far, it still makes some sound/noise but definitely less than the first one. I hope the first one was the rare defect, and the replacement works fine. When it works, it's really good back & neck massage chair. It doesn't have adjustable power mode. But if you 'd like stronger massage, you can remove the cover & vice versa.

I love this chair! We had another one for several years and thought we loved it. It broke so we purchased this one, hoping it would suffice. It well exceeded our expectations. It is gentle enough to not hurt you yet tough enough to really work out the knots. Everyone in my household loves it, we range from 4 foot to 6 foot 4 inches. I haven't even tried the personalized massage yet, the presets are all great. Just buy it, you won't regret it.

This is a really attractive and useful Massage Chair! As you can see from the photos, it's really nice-looking, and it is also comfortable to sit in. It is made of PU Leather, which is not real leather, but has a nice, supple feel nonetheless. The massage features of the chair are very easy to use. There are two independent zones, one for the neck area and one for the back area. The massagers move up and down throughout each area, but you can set them to stay in one place if you want to. You can do neck AND back OR neck OR back, your choice! The massagers are quite vigorous. The chair comes with two pieces of leather that can be folded back over the top of the chair if you want a harder massage. To soften the massage, you can add a towel to the chair. The chair comes with a nice little pocket on the right side for the Remote. That keeps it easy to find and out of the way. The Remote itself is pretty easy to understand, with a little help from the User Manual. In addition to the actual massage feature, there are several variations of vibration strength for the seat, as well as a wonderful heat feature. The massage heads will automatically turn off after 15 minutes as a safety precaution. I really do quite like this Massage Chair. It is both nice to look at and easy to use, and it does what it advertises! It was also very easy to set up. You just take it out of the box, cut the retention cords, unfold it, attach the cord extension, and plug it in! The amount of stress of pain relief that you feel will depend on your personal body and what it needs. Note that this does not really massage the shoulders, except for slightly on the top. It was designed specifically to massage the neck and back. The angle of the back of the chair is adjustable. I'm giving this Massage Chair five stars, as I think it's a great product!

I have to admit that I had serious doubts about a folding massage chair, however, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. My main complaint is that the arm handles don't come, and you can't move or adjust them in any way. They are very hard and really could've used some padding on them. For the price, I think that every effort should've been made to make this portable, folding chair as comfortable as possible. The rest of the chair is black faux leather. The chair does recline from 110 degrees to 130 degrees. It offers SHIATSU MASSAGE with 8 rotating nodes, spot, vibration, and it heats up. You can move the nodes up or down for a targeted massage and to relieve those pesky knots. I get them daily and its very painful, especially if I've slept wrong. The seat massager vibrates with 3 intensity levels and can relax the buttocks and thighs. There is a very convenient pocket on the right side of the chair with a small storage bag that perfectly holds the remote and my phone. There is also a USB charging port on the armrest. The chair dimensions are 24"D x 22"W x 35"H. The chair weighs 39 pounds. The manufacturer is a company called Comfier and this is the model # CF-9202M. I think the price is WAY TOO HIGH, this chair is at best a $199.99 chair! Your legs can't come up and recline and the armrests are hard as rocks, so it's still very limiting!

As expected, this is a very portable massage chair. It seats well for our whole family (up to male 220 lbs) The massage features are very thorough and you can adjust the area you want to massage. You can also adjust the next position massage as well. That’s a great plus. A con is that you have to restart it after every 10 minutes. I believe it’s a safety feature, but it’s pretty annoying. It’s also not the most attractive chair. It is foldable so we put it away when it’s not in use because it’s an eyesore. We can’t give it a full 5 stars due to the price, outdated design and the constant need to restart. It does massage well though, so it’s up to you.
