It’s part back massager and part vibrator. The whole machine vibrates at 3 different intensities, low is the quietest and it’s a bit louder on the other 2 speeds (medium, high) so you might need to turn the tv volume up on the other settings. Although the pad does vibrate and not necessarily massage all over, it does help loosen up tight muscles. The heat is amazing, it’s throughout the pad, it really loosens your muscles after being on the pad. The back massagers roll up and down on the middle portion of the pad, there are 3 different speeds with the ability to use a spot mode to target tight muscles. I like that you can either recline in a chair or sit in a seat and have options on how to use it because not everyone has a recliner. Note on the angle of the pad, depending on how much gravity is working on your body it’s best to either use it in a chair or recliner so as not to put too much pressure and pain on your back from the massaging balls, it does hurt. Another good thing about this massager pad is that it can accommodate different heights of people by strategically placing the mat at certain heights because in and of itself it doesn’t reach the whole back from shoulders to lower back, I’m 5’7” and that’s my experience but it can be “adjusted.” The timer works great to shut off automatically and 15 minutes goes by way too fast. I appreciate the remote control with abundant settings so you can adjust massage speed, heat intensity, vibration level and massage area quite easily. The power cord is over 6 feet long. It’s lightweight, comfortable to lay on and easily portable to different chairs. The pictures also provide good explanations and details about how the massager works, where it works and how it works.

The media could not be loaded. This massage mat is very well made. It’s got a quality feel like an expensive office chair. I purchased it because after a long day of yardwork once I sit down, it’s hard to get up without stiffening it up, and experiencing a lot of pain. I found that sitting on this mat after a long day of yardwork, helps to relax my muscles ,and ease the tension, so I’m not stiff afterwards. The warmth combined with the vibration as well as the shiatsu massage really provides the maximum comfort and relief of my sore muscles. In the video you can hear the vibration and movement as I speed up and slow down the settings when you’re actually sitting on it it’s very quiet. The headrest is really helpful that you can adjust it and it’s not preset, I really like that feature because I’m 5’4” tall and my husband is 6 foot and the mat works well for both of us. I wish I had this 20 years ago, because now I don’t have to spend a whole day recovering from a day of yard work.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the COMFIER full body massage mat mainly for back, hip, and leg tension, and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels premium, the stitching is neat, and the surface material is soft yet supportive when lying flat on the floor or using it on the sofa. What impressed me most is the full-length coverage. I measured it myself and it comfortably supports from upper back down through hips and legs, which is rare for mats in this price range. The shiatsu rollers hit the mid-to-lower back perfectly, and the vibration zones in the seat and leg areas add a nice relaxing finish after the deeper kneading. The heat function is gentle and soothing (not too hot), which I actually prefer for longer sessions. The remote is simple and easy to understand I was able to customize zones and intensity within minutes. I also appreciate that: • It folds easily for storage • Works well on bed, carpet, or recliner • Noise level is very reasonable • Great for daily relaxation and muscle recovery If I had to mention one thing this is more of a relaxing therapeutic massage rather than an aggressive deep-tissue one, which for me is perfect. i like this a lot. It is rare to find one of these that works well while you lay down flat on it, and this one does! You can have several types/intensities of vibration on or completely off. There are 3 zones, so you can have the massager run up and down on upper back, lower back or your whole back, and different intensities on that as well. Also, heat on or off. One big thing is that you can stop the massager that runs up and down your spine in exactly the spot you want it! I've never seen that before, and it is lovely!

This massager works good with one exception; it is a little painful in the middle of the back. It is easy to use and the right size for someone under 6 feet. I wish it provided more pressure for the lower back and less one the middles of the back.

This massager is just fantastic! It arrived on the perfect day since that morning I slipped and fell on the ice. My whole left side ached the worst. First, I was able to use it while sitting in the recliner then, during the night the pains kept me from sleeping. I got up and put this massager on the floor and used it there and it was awesome and a back saver. One of the great things about this massager is that it folds up giving you the option to use it in most any type of chair, on the floor or even in bed. Plus, the Shiatsu massage and all the available massage options/choices make it just perfect and since I am 6’1” tall with a little adjustment on how I laid on it hit all the right spots. And that night that I fell it was just heaven. I would recommend this massage mat to anyone.
