Built to last - and functionally impressive!
I'm impressed all around, but first off, this is WIRELESS. CORDLESS. You only need to charge it for a few hours, and then it's good to go for about 90+ minutes absolutely cord-free. Well, the remote is corded, but - that's it. This is one STURDY massager. It's clearly well-engineered and constructed. The pillow is detachable, as is the soft-touch mat covering the massage elements for a deeper, stronger massage; personally, I DO like a really deep, hard massage, and I GET that with the mat off. The other thing that really struck me is the wide range of functions (see remote) which give you options such as cycle of Shiatsu (three options,) intensity of massage, spot massage or rolling - or auto mode - and HEAT! It's even got a mode for soothing massage. And rolling massage, of course. It's also a great massager for tall or large back - this is no small item - though it's perfectly well suited for even the daintiest of backs, too! I plan to buy another for my mother-in-law for Christmas - it's THAT great a massager!

Looks as good as it feels
My back and shoulders are getting old and I use back massage pad quite often. I have a white leather sofa and I spend quite some time on it reading books or watching videos. So it's natural for me to want to place a massage pad on it. But unfortunately the sofa is placed far away from the nearest outlet, and I really hate the idea of running an extension cable across the room. That problem is solved when I see this cordless massage pad. Beyond the practical cordless feature, the design and color are impressive. Most massage pads are bulky and black, usually don't blend into your room decors. This one has a modern and elegant look, and the color matches my white leather sofa perfectly. The build quality is top notch - it looks so nice that I don't feel the need to hide it away when I'm not using it. It honestly looks like a stylish part of my sofa. Performance wise, the shiatsu massage is strong and effective. After a long day at work, the relaxation it provides for my back and shoulders is much-needed. The remote control is intuitive and easy to use, though I wish that the remote were also cordless. Maybe the manufacturer can develop a true remote control in the future. This is a high quality massager that offers the convenience of being cordless and looks great, and still provide effective Shiatsu massage. Very satisfied.

I love how its rechargeable and I can carry it around
One of the best things I've bought in a long while - I just love this thing. Its super portable and even can go wireless because it has batteries built in - how nice is that? The remote is wired in however there is a little pocket on the side for it. This pad is MUCH stronger than you'd expect - it can really dig in when you want it to. I just throw it on a couch and sit back onto it, and it curves right around you and goes to work. I'm not sure what the "shiatsu" settings are but you can flip between them for different styles. There is also a setting for a "relaxing" massage (soothing) which it just goes slowly up and down. This is not one that just vibrates - this physically moves these knuckles up and down your back. Its strong - it will literally push me up from the chair on my upper back. I also like how I can lock it into a certain position when my lower back is causing problems. A few small things worth mentioning - its headrest thing is removable and the sheep-skin stuff they put over it is also removable so you can wash it. Overall we love this thing - my youngest takes it all the time and I have to go find it. Oh and its whisper quiet - no sound at all. The only sounds are you snoring because you fell asleep on this thing in comfort.

NOT Long-lasting
This didn't even last a year and a half of light use. The gears started LOUDLY popping and pounding my back, and now it doesn't work at all. What a waste for this price.

Really nice back massager
This is an awesome full back massager! I have tried many of this style and this is by far the best universal chair fit coupled with the best actual massage on your back. I have put this on a few different chairs including office chairs, my couch and recliner, it fits very well on all of them. Bonus that it is rechargeable for when you want to use it somewhere else. The 2 massage programs are really cool too, much better than the standard up and down . Really helps with back pain and strain. Very well made and good price for what it is.
