Im really liking this back and neck massager. I hold alot of tension in my neck and lower back and this versatile massager can be used for both places. I enjoy that I can use three different intensity levels for heat, shiatsu massage, and vibration. I perfere the highest settings on all but its nice to have choice. This product can be used in bed but it does work my muscles deeper when I place it on hard surface such as floor. This has helped me with sciatic pain, lower back pain and neck and upper back muscle knots and tension. Im very happy with my purchase.

This neck/back massage pillow was perfect for my low back muscle aches. This massager covers your low back. If you want to use it as a neck massager, you would just flip it and lie on it. I didn't find it particularly comfortable lying flat on it for the neck massage, but it was comfortable if I reclined. I wanted this only to put in my office chair to massage my back anyway. What I love about it is it's pretty compact and not bulky compared to most massagers. It doesn't take much room as far as storage. You can set this in a large office chair or a recliner easily and be perfectly comfortable. You can adjust the heat to high, medium, or low. It comes with a removable pad so you can feel the heat better with the pad off. You can also adjust the rotation of the rollers where it will go in the opposite direction. It also has a vibration mode which I don't use but some people might like to have. It seems sturdy and well made and easy to wipe clean. This also comes with a 1 year warranty which you can extend to 3 years for free so no need to buy the extended warranty. The only negative is I would have liked more rollers in the back, but then that would probably make the product bigger. In my opinion, this is a very reasonably priced, well-made massager that did its intended job and soothed my sore muscles.

I bought this massager for my Mother. She has severe neck and back pains so I was hoping She could get some relief. She seems to like it. I tried it but I wasn't so crazy about it. The rollers inside are so strong I couldn't even lay against it. The heat felt nice though and I did like the vibration settings. I definitely do think it is worth the price.

UPDATE: The seller, Comfier, reached out to me after reading my original review of the product. Since they took the time to address my concerns, I am giving them 2 additional stars for courteous customer service. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m using it with the protective pad on. But this keeps the heat from getting through, even at a high setting. When I remove the protective pad, the vibration and the massage functions are too much to handle. I am still giving it 2 stars because it helps relieve my lower back pain. But massaging my shoulders is very painful because it seems to be digging into my spine, no matter how I adjust it.

To get the most intense massage, put it on the floor as sinking into a bed/mattress takes away some of the deep mess of the massage. It lines up perfectly to get that muscle by my shoulder blades which always gets tense and the remote control means you can adjust and restart without getting up. This is amazing. No regrets.

This is a great massager if you’re looking for something for your back. Positioned upright, the Shiatsu massager works great for your lower back, but flip it upside down and it works great on your upper back, shoulder blades, and your neck, though for your neck, it’s a bit wide. Comes with a wired remote which is nice and convenient (no twisting or losing your position to change the massage settings). The shiatsu massager heats up for more therapeutic relief and allows you to change the rotation of the shiatsu with the remote. Also has various vibration settings for the upper back, but unfortunately does not have a steady vibration setting, only pulsating vibrations at different tempos, which is why I give it 4.5 stars instead of 5.

This is like an all in one: It is long enough so not only can I place it upside down but I can scoot up and down to go all the way from neck to low back. Plus, multiple intensity settings for Shiatsu, vibration, and heat. 3 each. And the shiatsu and vibration are strong enough so medium is perfect for me. I, also, like it does not turn off for 30 minutes and then you just need to give it a break for about a half an hour. I love Comfier products and this is now what I like best for All access to my back from neck to hips!
