Gets the job done! It’s amazing pretty much just like a regular dishwasher just less expensive!! It’s not too noisy either! And it’s super easy to attach to sink and to unattach it too. Best purchase ever!!! Saves me so much time, but also recommend to get rinse aid so it doesn’t leave any residue

This was so annoying to hook up, ive got mine hooked in permanently with just hot water. It definitely is helping us out. But it doesnt hold very much. Maybe a quarter of a standard dishwasher. But it does what its supposed to and it gets the job done. The "quick connect" stuff. Was not applicable to any of our homes faucets, i had to plumb it in with custom hard to find pieces. After 3 stores i was finally able to piece it together and make it work. Other than the install being a pain it really is great, please make sure to read the owners manual to understand all the settings, then its very easy to use. While we have had two previous countertop dishwashers, this has proven so far to be the best. It has had the most space of all three and it has different cycles to select from. We also like that it shows us the time remaining are allows us to select the amount of time for it to wash. In the 4 days that we have had it we have used it six or seven times and have really liked the outcome. Even though like some of the other comments of mentioned, ours did have one small dent in the top but that was just cosmetic, and has caused no problems. I had the SPT stainless version of this for the last 7 years, until the pump finally broke down late 2021. I tried finding the same model again, but couldnt find the SPT model. I saw this similar looking machine, and after looking at the pictures, it turned out to be the same model under a different brand. I bought it and it worked perfectly, cleaning up plates spick and span as long as you know how to load it properly. Even if you don't load it very well, somehow it cleans everything up nicely still. There is only one spray arm that sprays water from underneath, therefore, you want the occasional gap for water to reach the back of the bowls and pots. However, I often load it chock full of bowls, or with large pots and it still does quite well somehow. I think the Finish dish detergent tablets also help, but the quality of this dishwasher is still great. A normal load takes 1 hour and 50 minutes, with preset times it needs to take in and eject water. I write down the display time on the side of the machine so I can know when I can remove the adapter from the faucet if I need to use it quickly. There is one catch though and it still has not been fixed from the SPT version. If there is no water pressure when the dishwasher cycle needs water (e.g. adapter removed from faucet), it will display an error code that cannot be cleared and continued after turning the water back on. It can only be stopped by clicking the power button and restarting the ENTIRE cycle. As long as you can remember to turn on the water again, this is not a big issue. ... show more

Takes up a lot of counter space, not suitable for an apartment-sized kitchen. Fits great under the counter. Requires being screwed into the faucet each time one wants to use it, unless there is a faucet that can be dedicated solely to this dishwasher. This dishwasher is soo convenient. I do not have space in my kitchen for a full size portable dishwasher nor do I want to pay the price for one so this is great. All connections are great just make sure they’re tightened but not too tight. Also this dishwasher does not have a heater to heat the water. But I have had no issues with the dishes getting clean or drying so long as I let my water heat up as hot as possible before I connect it and start the washer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was very pleasantly surprised by this little thing. It is literally just a regular under counter dishwasher, cut in half. Very heavy, very effective and a great value. I was expecting a sort of knock off experience, but this is a legit, fully functional dishwasher. A lot of people referenced the rack, and even included pictures of how the manufacturer recommends you load it... I laughed at them because to me, that seems a lot like spending any length of time on like, a safety disclaimer on unplugging a cord. It's a formality, whatever puts a dish inside the shut door will work. But the rack really would be much better if it was just a uniform grid with pegs. The way this is designed limits you to a very small section for dinner plates, because they are too tall for any other part of the rack. That's my only complaint. Installation was very very simple and took only a few minutes. One thing- this goes for all dishwashers, they're designed to intake hot water, and dispense dish detergent on the second fill- run your hot water until you feel it get hot first, and use the little trap door for detergent.
