I like this thing. Two inconveniences off the bat. Once it’s started toasting- you have to wait for it to finish you can’t just turn it off. For example my toast toasted way faster than I expected. I then took it out of the toaster but the toaster stayed on because you cannot turn the dial to turn it off. Another inconvenience- the door won’t stay open. It automatically closes. I purchased this small oven for my powder coating of small objects. I put it through the tests in the past 2 days and it functions as should be. The preheat is in minutes, temperatures are pretty accurate, as is the timer. I use a silicone cookie sheet cover on the flat plate to avoid any sticking from the powder coat, with perfect results. This oven is light enough to carry in one hand under the arm, so I would classify it as easily "Portable". The only negative would be the very short cord, meaning the manufacture wants it close to the outlet for amperage draw over the marginal cord gauge. The inside can hold a piece of toast. It’s significantly smaller than you think. I needed something small to replace my dying old one that fits on a 9” shelf and this did the trick.
