Electrician here. It's not often that I need a come along. In fact, this one got used by neighbor before I ever needed it. He pulled a zero point with frozen wheels up into his trailer with it. It's sturdy enough. I think I would have liked to see a bigger spool of cable. With only seven feet, one must continually adjust and reattach while moving any distance. It's hard to make adjustments halfway up a flight of stairs. It's a good rig; but, the second spool in the product image is not included. Be sure of one's needs when ordering.

Solid construction, easy one hand operation, these guys did their homework and deserve a great review. Got my mower out of a jam that I couldn't use my truck for. Seriously Solid design and build. Glad to have it handy for mower blade replacement etc.

This come-along doesn't have any grease fittings or bearings. It probably won't do too well in the long run. All the main parts are stamped metal, but they are reasonably thick. I expected the frame or the bearing surfaces to make this come-along useless before the ratcheting mechanism gives out. Everywhere there is a serviceable bolt, they used nylon lock nuts. Everywhere there is a non serviceable bolt, they welded the bolt to the nut to prevent it from backing off. The cable is stiff and without tension it will backlash into a ratsnest. The cable crimps look adequate and haven't loosened at all in my limited testing. Under load of about 500lbs, there's little resistance in the ratcheting mechanism. I don't have any safe 4000lbs loads to test with. I would feel comfortable saying it'll do 2000lbs without much of a problem, but I'd be a little worried near it's rated strength. The cable is doubled through a pulley for mechanical advantage. This gives you half the length from come-along to load. The hooks look to be cast parts. The latches probably won't last long though. For the price it's not bad at all.

I needed a replacement come along because my big box generic unit finally fell apart. I found this #Senkeyfe come along and ordered it based on the product description. I'm glad I ordered it. This come along is well engineered and construction is solid. The unit is heavy, but in a good way. The pulley is always in use and this leaves about 7 feet of cable to use. I have a 20 foot tow strap that I use in conjunction with this come along to provide extra reach. The handle is a long, heavy gauge tube that provides great leverage to make cranking heavy loads easy. The rachet gears engage solidly and keep the load where is should be. I'm very happy with this come along and its quality and capacity make it an excellent value. I definitely recommend this if you're in the market for a come along.
