There is absolutely nothing about this tripod dolly that I don't like. It can easily fit a number of tripod legs even the ones with the slightly over extended circular rubber grips. I appreciate that it has the number guide because that ensures that each leg of the dolly will be the exact same length when extended and that's a huge plus. The wheels glide super smooth, even on thick carpet, which I didn't expect. Definitely worth the purchase, so what are you waiting for? Buy it!

I am used to super smooth movement and while these weren't terrible it was noticeable. While using these on a concrete floor I could see movement from bumpy wheels in every shot. Upon further inspection the bumpyness was coming from the brake function. When you put the stoppers on they make a groove in the wheels that doesn't correct quickly at all. It causes the supermarket basket wheel effect. These wheels also constantly turn while moving in a clockwise motion. They never seem to find the way they want to go which can cause jerkyness when changing directions making the movement less smooth. That's why I returned these but...the other features are great. UPDATE: I know there are people/reviewers saying that there is no difference between the "no name" and the small rig wheels...but the difference is in the quality of the wheels. I have the small rig wheels and no matter how long the wheel lock is engaged there is NO denting that makes the roll bumpy. Yes you will pay more but you won't have to return it...

Good for video or still. Great quality casters and solid base. Minimum tripod diameter was a hair bigger than I would have wished but that does keep it stable

The media could not be loaded. The adjustability allows my tripod to fit perfectly. The wheel locks are easy to lock/unlock even with sandals! The rollerblade wheels roll & rotate smoothly. It's 4" too small for my light stands and the center flexes a bit. The whole thing folds up compactly and fits in a nice zipper bag. Looking forward to taking it on-location too!

My HEQ5 mount tripod fit relatively easily onto the dolly. However, the locking mechanism did not work well for this particular tripod. I ordered buckles and straps to secure the tripod legs to the dolly. These straps will need to be modified with Velcro to secure the legs properly. This is an important consideration since these tripos can hold very expensive telescope and other gear.
