This is an excellent machine and I have been using it A LOT. I love the duel fans. I love the space and number of trays. It dehydrates evenly. Careful when you use this as some things do stick to the mesh trays. I am figuring out ways to deal with that issue. The temp is a bit difficult to figure out how to set and was an issue to toggle between F and C. It is a learning curve but the unit works so well that it, IMO, is well worth it. ... show more

Great unit , love it , have used it often and would definitely buy it again, easy to use , easy to clean and if i had to give it one bad description would be maybe a little better air flow, the racks need to be rotated around when making large batches to get things more evenly dehydrated, but makes awesome beef jerky, wish I bought a bigger one ... show more

    • Love love love this dehydrator
Decided it was time for an upgrade from my round stacked dehydrator…. After reviewing several dehydrators I decided to give this one a try. It is smaller thank I expected, however the speed and efficiency combined with the sleek stainless steel and windows more than makes up for any doubt I had about the size. I have this sitting as a permanent fixture in my butler’s pantry “work station” and it looks so beautiful!!! With the 12 trays I am able to dehydrate 6 medium diced onions 1 lb sliced carrots and 9 stalks of celery all within 4 1/2 hours, this would have taken a full day in my old stacked dehydrator! I was able to dehydrate a full 12 lbs of beef jerky within 12 hours (multiple batches). The exact 12 lbs of jerky took my sister 2 1/2 days in her larger 10 tray dehydrator. Best part is the timer!!! Instead of feeling the need to constantly check of the process or the fear of over cooking, I know this beauty will will shut off once the time has been completed… I am so addicted to dehydrating everything…. Especially trying new recipes and making my own veggie powder such as onion and garlic.. I am able to take the unused vegetables and dehydrate before the go bad, adding them in quart jars to add to any soup or stew in a pinch. And did I mention how amazing my house smells will all this freshly dehydrated goodness? I love knowing exactly what I am feeding my family and feel confident about where everything came!! Did I mention how much I am able to save on my grocery bills? Very little to no waste… Giving 5 starts straight across the board ❤️ ... show more

I had an OLD plastic dehydrator with no temperature control or timer, and it was just time for it to go! Researched extensively; this unit was on nobody’s list of 10 best…but took a chance. SCORE!!! It’s just great! 10 times quieter than my old one with 200% more space! Okay, so the temp can only be adjusted in increments of “9” degrees, and timer in increments of 30 minutes. So what? A few degrees nor a few minutes won’t make any difference, and it didn’t! We’ve made jerky, and dried apples, berries, mangoes, mandarin oranges, pineapple, and grapes—all perfect!. Outside of unit can get quite warm at higher temps for jerky, but nothing unexpected. For a brand I’ve never heard of…I love it!! ... show more

    • Dehydrator that goes down to 68 degrees Fahrenheit !!
First i love that this dehydrator is big and has 12 trays. I use it for cookie decorating so i probably didn't need quite as large as this, but maybe if i get really busy i may need the extra space. I like that the fans are in the back and blow over my cookies instead of down onto them. Third, i like that the temperature goes under the standard 95 degrees all the way to 68 degrees Fahrenheit. I own a pet treat manufacturing company. I have purchased four of these dehydrators. I absolutely love them. I have them running nearly 24/7 with the volume of treats I manufacture and they are quiet, effective, and do a great job. I will say, 2/4 died on me after about 13 months of use, and there is no mention of warranty in the user manual. We had a very hard time trying to find contact information for the company as well. From this experience, I added the 4 year protection plan when I bought my most recent dehydrator, and have very high hopes that it will prevent me from having to repurchase yearly dehydrators. ... show more

I really Loved this product it came on time and worked straight out of the box I was able to make breadfruit flour in no time. the only issue was that it was in Fahrenheit when i set it but somehow the digital screen switch to celsius which is no big deal ....its just that i dont know how to set it back to read in Fahrenheit i guess with a simple research i can get it back. Other than that I am loving this dehydrator and would recommend it ... show more
