It's built for foul-weather outings, with a comfort stretch fit, an adjustable hem, and adjustable cuffs. Made of a durable yet light 100% polyester, with a soft, abrasion resistant chin guard and multiple zippered pockets. Columbia offers this jacket in multiple colors and sizes. Regular Fit. Extended sizing available. To ensure the size you choose is right, utilize our sizing chart and the following measurement instructions: For the sleeves, start at the center back of the neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the sleeve. If you come up with a partial number, round up to the next even number. For the chest, measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits, and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.

This is a wonderful jacket. Fells bulky but looks flattering. I know they may this in a hoodie version which I'll eventually try but as far as Softshell jackets go, this is definitely high quality. I have this in medium and large. Do not order a size too tight to your body because it'll try to correct your posture in the shoulders and it'll hurt to wear over the course of a few hours. The jacket it self is a guilty Columbia shell jacket. These jackets are designed to set below the waist and cover the front pockets of jeans. For full coverage during outdoor activity. So they might seem like a “tall” size. So unless you are 10ft tall do not order a tall size. Order a regular size.
