Keep in mind these come in 2 different core sizes one is a 28” and the other is a 34” inch(this one), there is a tab for the fan on both sides I had to bend them out a little but other than that no modifications needed and cools very both the engine and trans. This one comes without the oil cooler but has the transmission cooler with fittings installed already make sure they are tight and push your lines in. Update: started leaking at the welds after 1 year of install, reached out and they said they would offer me a 5 dollar discount if bought another one lol, go mishimoto if you want good quality they actually lifetime warranty their stuff and will make it right with customers if they have an issue. ... show more

    • Fits without any rework
No problems replacing stock radiator replacement that leaked after one season. No adapters or additional parts were required and now leak free. It seems to keep truck cooler when pulling a load, will test this summer when temperature is higher as original seemed to struggle with heating up.

The price was good it was shipped fast it fit without too much issue but it was very tight with the factory lower bushings so time will tell if any issues arise down the line from that but good product for the price.

Overall good radiator, impressed with performance. The only downside would be the welds could be better, cleaner looking other than that performs like it should.

Fitment was spot on except for the 2 tabs that hold the e-fans to the radiator. Not a big deal, after everything is bolted down there is no movement. Simple install trans-cooler fittings fit perfect. Overall for the price great product. Easily comparable to the Mishimoto for a 3rd of the price.
