  • I love my greenhouse!
Material Type: Clear PVC Style: 57 x 29 x 77-Inch
I have great photos of this product but don't want to allow Amazon access to my photos - so just imagine shelves upon shelves of happy plants. Mature plants, seedlings, house plants that needed extra TLC... this greenhouse does them all well. It was easy to set up, easy to use and keep clean, and I love the ability to control heat and humidity via two air vents / window on the sides plus the door. The door clearance is LOW: I am 5'4" and find I have to duck my head to enter to water plants. The velcro on the sides for the plastic window vent covers is STRONG and I have ruined many a shirt by getting caught walking by and brushing up against it. But strong velcro is a good thing! It's just annoying if I have the windows open to vent the unit (as I do most days) and I brush by and snag clothing (as I do most days! haha). I bought this last Spring and have used it happily ever since. I have succulents, edible plants (strawberries and peppers), houseplants, cuttings, seedlings and more growing inside. It really is a fabulous small little ecosystem setup! Mine is inside, in my kitchen, so I can have easy and controlled access year round. But I'm sure it would be great outdoors too - but in a sheltered place as it is light weight and might take flight on a super windy day. Also it probably wouldn't stand up to heavy storms... I rarely write such glowing reviews of products. But I spent a lot of time waivering before I bought this - doing tons of research. I have no regrets purchasing this! Just lots of happy plant babies. ... show more

  • Handy and portable
Material Type: Clear PVC Style: 27 x 19 x 63-Inch
This little portable green house has worked out well for starting seedlings. The front zipper door allows access as well ae ventilation on warmer days. I sat a temperature gauge in their to keep track so the soil doesn't get moldy. Zipping it all the way during the day will raise the temperature. Some seeds have already sprouted and it's only been 3 days. So I would agree that it does keep your plants from drying out for a faster germination. The only issue was the lateral poles wanted to constantly come out making it unstable. I was worried the trays would fall off and spill the dirt in the plants. So, I took it back apart and used PVC teflon thread seal tape. I wrapped a little around each pole before inserting then into the plastic frame. That worked well. So do that and it'll be great. My only suggestion to the manufacture would be, too put that remedy in the instructions it would save people a lot of frustration, and time. ... show more

  • Covering way too thin, ruined my plants and made me cry.
Material Type: Clear PVC Style: 57 x 57 x 77-Inch
I was so excited to receive this greenhouse to be able to have my herb garden all year around. My brother-in-law and his wife have this same one hand have had great success. We assembled it very quickly and easily and put my plants in there and it looked so pretty. However, the very next morning the greenhouse looked like we had a hurricane come through. It was ripped down one side and leaning, the frame broke and all my plants on that one side were dumped out. We had absolutely no wind whatsoever nor had we had any storms come through our area. This is our dry season in Georgia, not windy or rainy season. We made sure the greenhouse was level and assembled it as the directions stated. We even went a few steps further and watched a few YouTube videos and tutorials. We don't know what to do now that my plants/herbs are exposed to the elements and we're supposed to have our first frost/freeze next week. I don't want to loose my precious herbs that I've worked so hard to grow and keep all spring and summer. I'm disabled and this is one thing I am able to do and this just made me almost cry when I saw it all on the ground like that. I hope at least the company will make it right by sending me another one with a stronger plastic covering. Because this one is way too thin. ... show more

UPDATED review: The seller was much more pleasant to deal with than Amazon; however, I am still disappointed with the time it took to resolve the missing parts (#3) issue. I eventually received a completely new setup, which arrived just a few days after speaking with the seller, following Amazon messages confirming the details. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. The instructions are not step-by-step but rather a schematic view of what it will look like once finished. I assembled it myself in about 45 minutes. I recommend starting by building the entire bottom half from front to back, then working your way up. The roof connecting bars and connector pieces can be a bit challenging in terms of directional placement, so try connecting the roof part of the GH from front to back. Once the second half of the GH is complete, it’s pretty much straightforward from there. Make sure to press each bar firmly into its respective connector to ensure it's secure and not bent out of shape. The shelves are a little flimsy, but they will do for anyone who prefers not to improvise or use shelving compatible with the dimensions. Also, after the first bottom part of the GH, the schematics do not necessarily show each corresponding bar number, assuming you are essentially repeating each step on each side, front to back, by matching the corresponding bars and noting when the connector piece changes. Overall, this is a fairly straightforward installation. For durability, the GH in the photo is not anchored down; however, I placed a half bag of 40-pound soil on one side and some other garden items on the other, and it seemed pretty stable with weight added. Flower pots, however, may not provide the same stability if not anchored or heavy enough. Additionally, without anything on the shelves and no anchor piece, it still seemed like it would hold up on a fairly windy day, but make sure to test it. I would also consider tucking the PVC at the bottom or better yet, nail/anchor on four side to keep it from blowing up/ but the airflow may also suit your setup idk. The window fetaure seems useful but we’ll see how useful that may be. ... show more

  • Very Flimsy and Cheaply Made Greenhouse
Material Type: Clear PVC Style: 57 x 57 x 77-Inch
Flimsy design, comes in tons of pieces with 1 page of instructions that isnt user friendly at all! It isnt easy to anchor down, blew away twice and had to be completely reassembled. It was used for about 3 months and saw a moderate amount of rain and weather and it has a huge rip in the roof already! Not a good value for the money at all! ... show more

  • Loved it!! Loved it!!
Material Type: Clear PVC Style: 57 x 29 x 77-Inch
I recently purchased an indoor walk-in greenhouse, and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. The greenhouse is spacious enough to accommodate multiple plants, including those on moss poles, which makes it perfect for my growing collection. The affordability of this greenhouse is one of its standout features, making it an excellent option for beginners who don't want to invest a lot initially. While the shelves included with the greenhouse are a bit flimsy, I found that adding additional shelving was an easy fix to meet my needs. Despite this minor issue, the overall structure is sturdy enough to support my plants effectively. For anyone starting their indoor gardening journey, this greenhouse is a fantastic choice. It provides ample space and an ideal environment for plant growth without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it to fellow gardening enthusiasts looking for a budget-friendly solution. ... show more

  • Have greenhouse plastic repair tape on hand.
Material Type: Clear PVC Style: 57 x 57 x 77-Inch
I bought this for cold sensitive plants to use in conjunction with a space heater inside an unheated hoop house during the winter. The frame is decent enough, but the cover is very cheap. There was a small tear in it straight out of the box. It wasn’t worth the hassle of sending back though. I just put some plastic repair tape over it. When trying to put the cover over the frame I tore a much larger hole in it. It was irritating, but I figured that was my fault somehow (the plastic was too cold perhaps, but sitting in the sun hasn’t seemed to improve its workability much) so I taped it up and moved on. Since then it has ripped out of the seams in several places along the zippers for the door- there is just a cheap single line of stitching holding it to the zipper seam and it pulls free way too easily. The Velcro along the windows doesn’t extend all the way to the top of the opening so there’s about a one inch gap with nothing to block air. A couple of the ties to attach it to the frame pulled out as well when attempting to tie it down. I can’t speak to how well it would do in an unprotected location since mine is sheltered, but personally I wouldn’t dare set this up outside, especially in any area that gets any significant amount of wind. It’s not nearly sturdy enough. As far as cold protection goes, on sunny days it works great- I have to open it up to keep things from over heating. The night temperatures have been getting down to the mid-20s where I live. I have an oil-filled radiator in it that I set on level 1 (of 3) and 3/4 of max temp on the dial. From 7pm to 7am the temp inside it last night went from 60.8F to 45.5F. That’s good enough for me, but that’s also with it set up inside a hoophouse so there’s already an additional level of cold protection in place. All in all it works for what I need it for in my situation, despite the cheaply made cover with all its holes and air gaps in the windows. There was a cheaper, identical looking one of these available when I bought this one, but I paid more so I would have it in two days instead of two weeks (my darn impatience got the best of me!). If you really want this type of greenhouse, get the cheaper one and wait the couple of extra weeks. ... show more
