I had a complaint about one of the cases, where a screw was missing and felt stymied because I didn't want to take the gift away to send back but it was a problem. Arrived with 3 hinges/metal pieces with screws that needed to be fixed or repaired. Needed to drill new holes for 2- they were stripped and when opened pieces fell down. The other was missing entirely
