I purchased this product to help make my job easier when pressing different items. I love how easy it is to use and the even heat distribution. After using it for a few months I ended up having a problem with it overheating. I contacted customer support, and they were friendly and quick to solve my problem. It was great until it completely stopped heating after 6 months of use. It will now not heat past 116 degrees. I’ve tried to reset the heat press; however, the button to do this is very loose. It seems as though it’s just something to press than does nothing! It’s really frustrating. Another concern I have is the whole press lifts up, when trying to lift the press. The top plate is extremely wobbly. It’s highly frustrating! Save your money and buy the expensive one.

Sturdy, looks great, well built. It was the perfect color to match my office vibe. If it had a slide out deck it would truly be the ideal press. Unfortunately it was a bit too big for my workspace and I've been using a swing away press with a custom modified sliding base. I could not effectively use the clam shell style and had to return it. Otherwise if your used to working with that style then I would definitely recommend this one.

The heat press machine worked AMAZINGLY WELL right out of the box. Very easy to use. There was a slight issue with the heating temperature a couple of months after. BUT, I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a brand new one in NO TIME. Great seller to buyer communication. I would give them 100 stars if I could. They really stand behind their product. 👌

I really like to heat press but need a replacement handle. Amazon request that I return the entire heat press and get a refund which probably take 30 days to get back. Wandering if seller would just send me a handle?

The media could not be loaded. I really like this press. Easy to set up, change timer as needed and adjust the heat. I use a lot of sublimation on my t-shirts and I have to use paper in between so it don’t bleed through to the back side and this new press has where you only need to lay out the side your printing on. It’s so much easier to use when putting multiple prints on one shirt. The heat stays to temp that you have it set at. The durability is great and being able to set the press at a certain pressure makes it very easy to put your prints on.
