I moved into an apartment last August and live on the 3rd floor. I use this cart for EVERYTHING! Bringing up groceries, bringing down trash, bringing packages from the mail room... But there is still one major design flaw with this cart. The handle and arm do not stay in the upright position. They fall to the ground and you have to either lean it against something or hold onto it because it is very loud when it falls. I've seen other designs with clips to hold the handle up. Such a small piece of hardware that would have improved this immensely.

We were looking for a wagon to transport various items to and from our community garden site (1-2 hundred yards) but which was reasonably lightweight, collapsible and hence, something that fit into both our Prius and Subaru Outback. This item totally "fits the bill". Doubt it would tolerate huge, heavy loads (>150 lbs) but it easily fits the vast majority of our garden tools, seedlings, hand tools, gloves, etc. The main material seems very tough.

It works fine. It's bulky. I use it for instacart deliveries to apartments. It saves my arms from having to carry lots of groceries or multiple trips. There were a few problems with assembly. 1 the wheel wells were bent on arrival. We had to pry them apart to get the wheels on. The tiny screws that go in the snap to lock the handle in place were located poorly. It was hard to get them in place because they were so small and located inside two pieces of plastic that are formed into an angle. The two issues I mentioned are the reason I am leaving a 4 out of 5 star review. If those two things were fixed it would be perfect. Overall, it's been a good purchase.
