Got this trike Tug to haul my trash and recycling carts up and down my driveway following spinal surgery and will use to tow garden cart around yard (2 acres) for clean up and planting or inspecting. Towing capacity is great too! Extremely easy to get on and off and change direction and maneuver for this 77 year old. Tug will go through a 36 inch door opening which is important to me. A great value in my opinion (actually SUPER GREAT). Only problem was handlebar height adjuster clamp is plastic and it cracked and would not hold handlebar height BUT a small worm gear hose clamp on handlebar shaft stops it from collapsing. No big deal for me and I would HIGHLY recommend this super useful Tug for Flat ground use like on a factory floor. Luv my Tug! Drive Carefully! ... show more

    • Ludicrously Small Diameter Front Axle (only .47 inch) But Overall Excellent
This electric cart is saving me, a 77 year old man, many, many calories, so far, after about 2 months of use, and is a lot cheaper than a used golf cart, which often to usually costs a minimum $3,000. Apparently these Chinese designers, though, themselves never assembled the front axle assembly, because I had to grind away about a half inch off each end of the axle sleeves to get the wheel to fit. Also, while making a hard left turn later in some very sandy soil, the very tubeless front tire came off the rim, which should have had a tube in it that would prevent the tire from sliding off the rim. So I ordered a heavy duty tube from Walmart online to put in the tire. OVERALL, THOUGH, THIS REALLY IS AN EXCELLENT BUY SINCE THE BATTERY IS POWERFUL AND THE TRANSMISSION IS AUTOMATIC WITH GREAT CONTROL. One last problem, though, if a flat free front tire is wanted, is the substandard front axle diameter. Instead of a cheap 22 millimeters, verified by an email to the seller, it should be a good old American 5/8 inch diameter which is the size of many flat free tires/wheels sold in the U.S. I searched extensively for a flat free tire, and the only one for a half inch axle (which would not even fit well on this Chinese axle) had a wheel height of 8 inches, from Grainger, when the cart's wheel height is 9 and 3/4 inches. Knowing what I know now with a limited budget, I would still definitely buy this little jewel of a cart. ... show more

    • Very well Built, Reminds me of some old tractors I drove.
The User Manual and Assembly could have been more concise and more clearly written. All in all it went together without any parts missing. Recommended tire pressure for rear tiers was 24 lbs. I did not realize there were no exposed valve stems on the rear tires and the tire cover had be removed to inflate them. A very sturdy tow tractor. To show you my age, I grew up with Farmall F12, !936 Model and Model D Poppin Johnny, John Deere Tractor, 1937 Vintage. Guess my age? It starts with a 9 +👴 ... show more

Followed all instructions and troubleshooting guides. It powers on, shows full battery. (Charged overnight) It briefly worked but acts like it has lost power after releasing the throttle for more than 30 seconds. Powering off and on briefly gets it to work again but after releasing the throttle it needs to be reset by powering off and on again. I let it charge overnight and now it does not move at all. Checked all battery/ switch connections, nothing is loose or unhooked. Very frustrated with this purchase. Not sure how to get help. ... show more

    • Great little scooter tug
The product is pretty good. Assembly was a little hard due to poor quality control at manufacturing. With a little tweaking the end product is great. Front forks were hard to install due to threaded washers that were not properly installed. Had to screw them down additionally before threading them into steering bracket so cap nuts would fit. Disc brake mounting screws are too long and gouged into disc. Had to shorten them for clearance. Overall I'm glad I bought it. Happy Tugging 👍 ... show more
