Packaging was adequate to prevent any major shipping damage but it probably won't pass the "gorilla" test. There were a few very minor scratches and dings in the paint and for me, no bid deal. Heck, it's a lawn cart. Don't expect a lot from the assembly instructions. With that said, it's easy enough to assemble if you study the pictures carefully. One odd thing was the illustrations show beginning assembly by placing the front half of the base on the ground, then going from there. Do it the other way and place the rear half on the ground. It'll make sense when you get it out of the box and take a look at it. Assembly took about 30 minutes and that included unboxing, assembly, and clean up. All the nuts are the nyloc type so there are no lock washers needed or supplied. The supplied stamped steel wrench is a joke, I didn't even try to use it so have some basic hand tools on hand. A basic set of metric wrenches/sockets and a pair of pliers to bend the cotter pins will be all you need. I used a cordless impact driver to assemble but it's not necessary. One major tip - Do not tighten the nuts & bolts as you assemble the cart. Assemble the cart loosely then once assembled, go back and tighten everything up. It towed easily behind my TORO zero turn, no issues at all. Used it for Spring (March 2026) clean-up and was great for collecting all the pruning debris and stuff you bought the cart for. One note, I store my cart up ended to consersve floor space in my shed. However it's not well balanced or very stable in that position. If you do the same, you will want to secure it to prevent it from tipping over from an inadverdent nudge. A good cart, reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? ... show more

Well great little cart box was pretty beat up on delivery easy to assemble using a power drill had a spot on one panel that paint was peeling and slight rust there also which was hard to spot with a quick look over I reached out to vevor customer about it they said to send it back but the box was junk and I had started to put it together before I noticed the paint and rust so I Reached out to Amazon they gave me small refund to help a bit with buying some paint ect ,So check all parts real well twice over and save box until you have completed assembly and really look it over check the edges of panels real close so all and all it a great little cart ... show more

So.....other than the packaging, being the box torn open with a huge hole in it, the blister pack of hardware being busted open with every piece hardware loose in the box, every piece of steel bouncing off of each other, denting and scratching up all of it....the item is pretty nice. Luckily all of the hardware stayed in the box somehow, and didn't find its way out of the busted box, and fortunately it's a yard tool and is going to get beat up anyway. The instructions are decent, takes about half an hour to assemble, the overall quality is pretty darn good for the money, Vevor sells a huge range of good quality tools at good prices, you really can't go wrong with Vevor. My only suggestion is to put a little rubber damper between where the tongue and frame meet, to stop the horrible metal to metal beating itself up. ... show more

To be clear - this is an actual review from someone who paid for this product and isn't being paid to write a good review. Directly out of the box this thing was rough. Almost every single panel was dented, scratched, bent, or creased. The picture is just of one panel but every panel had damage. If you're expecting a nice looking trailer, this isn't the one. It'll look like you've had it for a couple of seasons already right out of the box. Assembly was rough. Don't expect to be able to do it alone. Your help doesn't have to be great, they just have to be able to follow directions and hold things in place. My 6yo daughter was the one helping me. I would not have been able to get it together without her holding pieces where they need to be though. The tolerances are garbage. I'm not sure if things were drilled out poorly or if all the bent panels were pulling things out of alignment. I had to constantly pull things into center to get the bolts in - part of why I needed a helper. Even with everything together nothing was really straight or flush like it should be. There's L brackets that hide that decently but even those were a pain to get lined up. Also don't expect to use better tools to get it together easily. I used a ratchet when I put it together and a lot of the bolts don't have the clearance from the edges or other bolts to get a good grip on it. You'll have to use the provided junk wrench or if you have it, an offset 1/2 wrench worked okay in some of the areas for me. Overall it took about 3 hours for me to put together. The dump mechanism is janky and honestly pretty dangerous. You have to release the lever to get it to sit flush again and any pressure on the back can make it tilt. The 'safety' for this is a small cotter pin that I guarantee most people will lose. It's also a pain to pull every time you want to dump it because it's pretty small. I'd recommend putting a key ring or piece of rope or something on it to help pull. The only reason that it gets one star other than that Amazon won't let me rate zero stars is that it works well enough for what it is. I spent a day hauling cut branches from the front of my two acres to the back where the fire pit is. It rattles a lot because the receiver seems to big for most pin style hitches I've seen but overall I guess it does hold stuff and it does dump. The only reason I went with this brand is because we're starting to homestead and a bunch of the people we watch on YouTube and other places are sponsored by them. Specifically one I watch has other vevor stuff I've seen in the background of his other videos that he's never promoted. Based on this experience I can't say I'll ever buy anything else from this brand again. ... show more

Pros: lightweight, easy to move around, perfect behind mower, versatile, reasonably easy to assemble. The packaging was solid and protective, but heavy. Amazon customer service is AMAZING, even after the "cons". Cons: about 25% metal panels were slightly dented or bent, and some areas were hard to line up (surprising considering the packaging). The greatest concern, and this is why I'm not giving 5 stars, 1 of the 2 hardware packs were missing, and Vevor's customer service was disappointing. That missing hardware pack had all the hitches, cotter pins, wheel axle washers, O-pins, and assembly tools. We noticed this immediately while unpacking and contacted customer service right then. CS was confusing. They wanted my Amazon order number, UPS tracking number, pictures of all the parts we were missing, a list of missing parts. Honestly, unless I had been standing next to a person pulling the various missing hardware from their stock, I could not have done MORE to help them, help me. But we would get a message every day thanking us for our patience, and that someone was reviewing our information and researching the situation. After 4 days of waiting, we just went to the hardware store. HD prices were outrageous, so don't go to a big box store if you can help it, but a mom and pop Ag shop found everything were needed for about $20. Just be sure to bring in your wheel axle to make sure everything fits, and it's a 1/2" hitch, not 5/8". ;-) All that said, I would completely buy this cart again. If you have a little more space to cover and have a lawn tractor, it's perfect for moving bulky items or soil where a wheelbarrow is not efficient enough. Just know if you are missing parts, skip the CS (unless you want it on record), go to the hardware store immediately, and then square up with amazon after. ... show more

I've used this going on 2 years now. I carry a push mower, edger, weed eater, blower, portable generator, battery chargers, 2 large gas cans, etc.... It connects to my John Deere riding mower perfectly. It travels down the roads, paths, and lawns just great. I've used the dump feature when I'm spraying out the bed; the removable tailgate is great when lifting heavy gas cans to put in the trailer. I couldn't operate my small lawn cutting business without this trailer! ... show more

Took about a hour to put together however I did use an impact instead of the crappy wrench that is provided with. The nut size is 1/2 so if you have wrenches or sockets I definitely would use your own if you don’t have an impact. Directions are actually good for this one. Straight forward. It is made out of thin sheet metal but hey for Les than $200 to show up at your door what you expect. Overall it’s a great cart. That railing is one of the reasons I got it due to being able to haul more and able to strap the load down easy. Stability is great, sturdy enough? I’ll see how it holds up in the long run. Overall I recommend it for the use I have use it for and I got a lot to do with it! ... show more

Trailer has potential. Looks like it could be good. Box was damaged during shipping and we didn’t get all the parts & what we got is damaged. Can’t get a hold of anyone to make it right. Can’t send it back because box was to damaged. For the size and materials I think it would be a great trailer for working around the house & hooking it on to a 4 wheeler or lawn mower. Going to try to find parts to put it together. Wish I could give it more stars. The price would’ve been great if we had received everything. Wish us luck. ... show more
