Should have bought one of these years ago. Have had this over a month and it's proved its value, makes moving stuff around the yard far easier than a wheelbarrow (one or two wheeled). No lifting and supporting a weight with your back. No pushing 80# of something uphill. Yes, you have to pull the handle but you can do that with a lot less stress on your back if done correctly. In fact, the right movements are good for your back. Also paid more for this newer model that had the new lifting mechanism. I didn't see anything visibly wrong with the old one and have no experience with it, but this new one works great. The way the back wheels sort of fold under the cart dumps most or almost all the weight. Then just pull it forward to clear. Small turning radius. Important for maneuvering. Rugged but not heavy (33#). Assembly was straightforward, intuitive, with clear instructions and no missing parts. Didn't need 6 cubic feet. 4 ft and 600# capacity is as much as I want to handle as well as the overall dimensions (fit through storage doorway). Went with the non-pneumatic tires after having replaced a pneumatic wheel on a wheelbarrow, and enduring repairs, etc., etc. Compare the cost of buying 4 non-pneumatic wheels in the future once you get frustrated, with just buying this model outright. If you get the pneumatic tires, you'll love the cart but end up hating the... tires. Good luck. ... show more

When I took delivery, the tub had a puncture in it, most likely from the parts jostling around during shipment. I immediately contacted gorilla for a parts replacement. their website made it very easy to find the part and request warranty repair. within a day, they approved and shipped me out a replacement tub! a few days later, it arrived and i swapped the damaged tub for the new tub! a few things of note about this experience and product: 1) gorillas warranty is pretty hassle free and their website is easy to navigate. they have a parts breakdown of everything so if in the future a part is damaged, looks to be easily replaceable/repairable. 2) their cart's design is pretty awesome. really easy to install and uninstall parts. at first i thought the screwholes in the tub were some extra flash, but its designed that way to hold the bolts while you work with the nuts. all the nuts using the same 13mm nut size is so convenient! 3) the cart is awesome. i wished i got one sooner. very easy to steer around the property, load it with whatever, and easily dump! its lightweight and perfect for my needs. i just wish the handle was swappable cuz i got a small rc lawnmower that can tow this thing. overall: i am impressed with this cart, but mostly impressed with the company. i can only imagine another company wanting me to ship the whole thing back or just refunding me a certain amount to appease me. gorilla makes great stuff and looks to stand behind their product! im glad i went w gorilla! ... show more

Knowing my husband really needed something like this wagon, I ordered it as a gift for him. Even though he didn't think he needed it, he has found out that this product really works well and uses it a lot. It is quite versatile. It's a great size, very sturdy, easy to manipulate, and it has a feature to unload its contents. I highly recommend looking into the purchase of this wagon. ... show more

    • Impressive, well-built, and easy installation with proper tools
Size: 4-Cubic Feet Style: No-Flat
We searched for and considered many different versions of this four cubic ft. cart. We settled on this version because of the run flat tires (Realizing that even with our best intentions sometimes tires to go flat, and potentially lose their seal around the rim. Not a problem for me, but some in our family would not appreciate that) and also that the GCG model numbers are supposedly the newer models. Realistically I did not know how often we would use it, thus potentially losing tire pressure and seals. So the run-flats provide one less thing for us to worry about. It was very easy to assemble. It was a gift for my wife, and she wanted to assemble it herself. I provided the tools and helped “seat” some of the square-headed fasteners into the square insets in the body, but she did 99% of the work. Overall the hardware was higher quality than I expected based on some of the reviews I had read. Again potentially this newer version may have higher quality hardware. I don’t know. But everything was present and aligned well. Regarding the tools needed for assembly, we used a ratcheting box end wrench (think GearWrench) rather than the adjustable wrench listed in the directions. Following the directions step-by-step and patience was key. And if you are not comfortable assembling products, that’s perfectly fine. If you want to accomplish something from multiple parts inside of a large cardboard box into a working, well-built gadget, maybe you could find a neighbor or family member with tools and knowledge to help you. I really believe my wife enjoyed the process and felt good about doing it herself. Now when she uses it, she has a satisfaction of knowing that she assembled it herself. If you do decide to assemble it yourself ( and I hope you do!), just remember the sequential installing / tightening method when you have multiple bolts holding a product together. Like tightening the lug nuts on a tire… use the cross pattern method where you start all of them and go finger tight, then tighten them a little at a time in a cross pattern (rather than fully installing and completely tightening one before installing a second one, etc.). My wife has used it once, and absolutely loves it. It’s found its own place in our garage, protected from the elements. We have a new family member, and absolutely have no regrets with our purchase. ... show more
