This product arrived already assembled and ready to open up and use. The tires are great and able to roam over all sorts of terrain. I love the ability to collapse and tuck into our trunk. The canopy is an added protective shade from rain, snow, sun. There are also small handle baskets to hold important and personal items. I try to walk everywhere for shopping and errands. This wagon is great in the snow. I cannot wait for the city art festival as a shady retreat for my dog as the asphalt will burn his paws in hot summer weather- so we can still enjoy the festival without having to figure out what to do with our doggo. An added bonus? This year's University Alumni Oozefest team will not have to be concerned with leaving belongings on the side of the road while they trudge through the mud to the playing field. We purchased two of these carts for our end of May 2020 beach trip. (A brief & needed reprieve from Covid!) The Pro's : These are very good, heavy duty carts and carry up to 300lbs, but only carried the basic cooler, chairs and toys etc. They have nice sized rubber, not plastic, all terrain tires, which roll very well on hard pavement, boardwalk and especially the soft white sand which is tough for any cart. The cart's easily carried all of our beach gear plus at times with our 30lb granddaughter with no problem. They fold up to stow in the trunk making for easier travel from home to the beach and back. In their folded position we hang them up out of the way on a hook on our garage wall, ready to go when needed for a neighbourhood walk/ride with the grand kids. Although this would not deter me from recommending or purchasing again, just a recommendation to the maker to beef that part up. Easy to use, very sturdy and a smooth, quiet ride. I looked at wagons for the longest time to find a quality one without paying $300 for a wagon. I loved the wheels, the push option and the addition of the small optional basket…and the price, so I took a chance on it. We use it mostly to transport kids sports equipment and team snacks to practice and games. It’s sooo easy to push or pull. I am so impressed with the TMZ All Terrain Utility Wagon. We purchased this wagon for our 13 pound dog who has IVDD. His bed fits perfectly in the wagon so that he can enjoy a ride around the neighborhood in comfort and the all terrain wheels give the wagon a smooth ride and transition crossing streets. I've a very long walk from my driveway to my home period this wagon saves me from making multiple trips when I have large loads of groceries or supplies in my car that I need to bring up to my house. It has a lock on the wheels so that the wagon won't roll away when you're loading it or unloading it.
