I was hoping this product would be a great tool, but the handle is needed to pull. So, I thought! The handle broke and one month after the ability to return!!! Not happy with this product!!! Please note, I only used this product twice....SMH!

Kids love this wagon the moment they saw the box, we tried to copy the website to have my daughter sitting inside, she is about 65 lbs and around 47 inches. This wagon is little bit smaller compare with others. Im not suggesting to put the kids inside due to the space limitations. Also itโ€™s kind of hard when I tried to adjust handrail from lock/unlock. If you happen to have little box like the one I got from Costco-Insta Crate collapsible one and donโ€™t want your fabric to get dirty from carrying soil/groceries then you can just fit that in this wagon. Itโ€™s easy to fold and store just like stroller size, so far I mainly use this with garden supplies (soils) and make garden work easier than before. We were using one time outside at park, I personally think the handle is little bit too short for adult to use ( I'm 5'6 ) ... show more

I was very pleased to find that this wagon required NO ASSEMBLY - right out of the box. It is extremely lightweight and folds up and unfolds easily. I was a bit afraid of the base because I thought that it didn't look like it would be able to handle heavier loads but I was wrong. The wheels are good too, I used this on extremely bumpy, and crooked city sidewalks to lug some gear in and it handled it with ease. I only have 2 minor complaints with this wagon. 1) It includes a soft bag/cover to store in once it's folded up. It is very difficult to get it back into the bag! 2) Standing at a mere 5'6, I feel that the handle is not long enough for me. It's not horrible, but I can't imagine how a 6' tall person would feel about it, and yes, I made sure it was extended as long as it could go. ... show more

First off, it took me about 1 minute to unfold this out of the box. I opened and closed it several time to see how easy it would be and it is very easy to fold up. The handle pulls out and can be latched on to the cart for convenience. It is made of metal, plastic and canvas. I do a lot of gardening and wheel barrow type carts are getting harder for me to lift. I used this cart to move bags of mulch and heavy pots around my yard. It was super easy to pull the cart and maneuver it up and down hills in my yard. I purposely left it out in the rain a few times to see if it would rust and so far it is OK. Unlike a wheel barrow, when I am finished with this cart, I fold it up and hang it in my garden shed. It takes up very little space. I can easily see this being used at the beach, moving groceries from your car to house, or just pulling your toddlers through the neighborhood. I donโ€™t know how this will hold up in the long run, but I believe it to be well constructed and hope to use it for a long time. ... show more

This folding cart was easy to set up and seems pretty sturdy. However, it should have come with a diagram showing how to safely close or fold it back up or some design feature to indicate it clearly. Upon attempting to close this, I found it difficult to move, like it needs lubricant. It took a bit of force to get it moving and then I managed to squeeze my thumb between two pieces. The fact that it's so stiff and stubborn meant that once it had clamped onto my thumb, I had to struggle to get the pieces opened so I could get my thumb out. I've now folded it back up and put it in the garage. It's going to get lubricant before it's used. Hopefully there will be no more accidents. ... show more
