I needed a collapsible crate to keep in my SUV to use when my Shih Tzu travels with me. This crate is fantastic. It folds practically flat and is easy to setup/takedown. My dog is a bigger Shih Tzu weighing about 22 pounds and there is plenty of room for him to move around even with a small water bowl inside. Being made of heavy duty plastic with metal bars it will withstand my dog scratching at the sides. The crate has handles on the top at both ends and wheels on one end of the bottom for easy transport. I think it will last longer than any soft sided crate I have previously owned. ... show more

Easy set up! My cat was wary at first but then fell in love with it. Great way to bring an indoor cat outside (with some supervision of course). Allows me to get some work done while he gets some fresh air and sun (I put the crate on a table). It goes into place easily and is a cinch to collapse (just watch your arms if you're working alone). The small one is do-able by yourself so long as you're careful. The beige color matches my outdoor furniture very well. Love it! ... show more

Wow! Out of the box, this was so simple to set up and take down. I took it down to make sure the latches worked, and they do. It is lightweight, and being on rollers is a big plus for moving it around the house. I had a wire kennel, and there is no comparison to how easy this is to assemble. I'm getting a puppy, and it will be the perfect size as he grows. I ordered the 28" one as my dog is expected to be 25 pounds. I will give an update in the next few months. Update. I continue to love this product. However, I wish I had ordered the larger one. I have a small golden doodle. He’s 15 pounds at 4 months. I feel he has already outgrown it in height and length. I will use it for probably, and hopefully one more month and then I can move him into a larger space. ... show more

The first crate arrived with 3 of the 4 latches broken. I returned it and received replacement in less than a week. The latches are very thin and prone to breaking, I had read that in the reviews before ordering it. I will endeavor to keep them from breaking. Otherwise the crate seems pretty sturdy and if the latches break I will buy 2 cheap nylon straps to fasten it for transport. ... show more
