Smoked for 20 years. Quit 10 years ago. Have been professionally cleaned several times since. This stuff works. I've just started using it to brush morning and night time and already I've noticed less yellowing! No joke. Its like getting my smile back! I bought the 3 for $15 (want to get my money's worth) so if this keeps up I'll try and remember to update after the new year.     • You can tell it's a high peroxide content!

As others point out, it doesn't taste great, but that's because it's crammed full of 5% HP, so that's exactly what it tastes like. It's not a bad thing, it just means you are getting what they promise! It also appears to have more little polishing particles in it than your average toothpaste, which is also a good thing. My teeth feel extra clean, slick and sanitized after using this. The fact it's designed to whiten and it lathers up so much (again, due to the high HP content) only encourages me to brush for the full 1-2 minutes that my electric toothbrush is timed to do. I love feeling the excess HP bubbles going to work! I've paired it with the ACT brand whitening mouthwash (cheap and more HP) and a set of generic brand whitening strips that have a 6% HP content (which is on par with your average Crest whitening strips).
