After using this toothpaste only 3 days I could clearly see that they had whitened a couple of shades. I ordered the crest whitening strips a week later and after 2 weeks of those my teeth were pearly white. This toothpaste is GREAT for keeping my teeth from staining and yellowing. I will always do the tooth whitening strips by Crest twice per year...I use the ones with the 5% peroxide and wow they really work if you use them every day for an hour and use the UV light. Didn't mean to do a review of TWO tooth products but guess I just did lol! This toothpaste does whiten and it leaves the teeth feeling smooth and clean.
