First off, this isn't going to cure everything. Let's be blunt, for the cost of this, I think you go in hoping to get some type of pain relief that you can do at home that doesn't involve over indulging in pain meds. In that regard, I think this succeeds. I tried it on my right wrist and right knee. Neither were red and inflamed beforehand, but they did hinder me. After using the device 4 times now, I can safely say that I felt 10-40% better. It fluctuates, obviously. Did it allow me to be more comfortable the rest of that day? Yes, it did. Was I able to comfortably keep my brace/wraps off for the rest of the day? Yes, with one exception. If that sounds like something for you, give it a shot. For me, it's worth the money because I often am on a steady diet of Tylenol and I am trying different methods to help my knee especially. This product succeeds in that regard. Just know that you're not gonna feel like you're 20 again, necessarily. But it does help minimize and does provide me with pain relief, which is what it says in the description.

The media could not be loaded. The device comes in an elegant packaging. It has a very nice and user-friendly design. The straps are very handy. Settings are very intuitive and easy. I've had it for about two weeks, and I'm happy!

The wand styling of this device makes it very easy to handle and reach the spots that you need to. The holder and straps could be handy for some hands free treatments on targeted spots. The holder is a very soft TPU/silicone material.

I previously had a red light therapy unit, but I found I didn't use it much because it was big and bulky. I love that this is a wand, which is easy to store and use while relaxing on the couch. It has a very slick design and I found the strap worked well while for using it for my knee. I thought the instruction book was helpful in getting started. So far I have used the device about five times. I like having the TENS feature combined with the red light therapy. However, I did find that my separate TENS unit works better. In terms of helpfulness, I have focused on my knee and heel, and in both I have felt a minor improvement.

I have had other red light therapy units, which are a lot larger, which means I don’t use them a whole lot. I’ve also had TENS units in the past which is a pain to pull out and stick on your body and hook everything up, so again, they don’t get used the whole lot. This unit has both red light therapy and a TENS unit built into a small convenient, portable, and easy to use handheld device. it seems to work well, overall as far as producing a light and the nice little sharp needle like pin sensation for the TENS unit. I’ve noticed it to help with my pain level a little bit, but still not as much as I hoped for. I’m hoping with continued use and therapy things might get better. Overall I really like this unit and it’s flexibility/easy to use. I keep it at work and use it throughout the day. Very convenient.

This is a solid well built red light device. The included straps adds the convenience of going hands free on certain parts of the body. I found it to be excellent anywhere on the leg. All wavelengths feel good against the skin. Also there are a wealth of modes and settings to adjust. Very satisfied.

I didn't realize that this was also a tens unit when I ordered it. I was curious about the red light, but now, more interested in the tens function. Since it arrived the same day I had aggravated the tendonitis in my elbow, I figured why not give it a try. The unit is well made and the operation is easy and intuitive. The holder with straps is a handy addition, but was a bit difficult to get it on, so it had good contact with the skin. Once I got it is the right place and keep my arm still, it went to work. After 10 minutes on the lowest setting, the pain was almost completely gone and hasn't bothered me in the 3 days since. The real 'got to have it' thing about it has to be the glasses that come with it. Fold up, black aviators. Pain free and cool. Isn't that what we're all after?

It doesnt seem to help alot. I have been using it for about a week. The light is scary bright, and comes with glasses. I will try to use it a while longer, but so far not much omprovement in my wrist and knees It does help a little and may help others more. Very well made and easy to use
