I wish I read and followed the previous comments more closely. I bought a set of 4 of these exact chairs from almost exactly year ago. Fast forward to this year, I now have a bigger table and decided I liked them enough to purchase 2 more to make a 6 chair set. Theoretically should have been really easy, but the 2 that arrived clearly does not match the 4 from last year. The fabric is different and darker, and the buttons are slightly higher. I contacted the company directly, who didn't offer me much, just a year warranty, but what is the point of a warranty if the chairs will never match? Why change the chair design within a year? It makes no sense. I'll be returning these 2 and selling the other 4 and find a set of 6 chairs that match. Edit: the company contacted me and offered 2 chairs for free. I wish that was the first offer and even after that I still wouldn't have 6 matching chairs. I'll add a star for the attempt at good customer service though. Edit #2: the company contacted me again, and offered 2 MORE CHAIRS. I do appreciate the attempt to save face. Like I mentioned, it's a little too late and I had already sold the other set of chairs and returned the original 2. I now have a set of 4 chairs on the side. I wish they would have considered sending the 4 to begin with rather than doing all this back and forth with a warranty, and then only 2 chairs. If your manufacturer changed within a year of me purchasing a previous set, I think I should have been offered the 4 chairs first to match the 2, especially as a returning customer. However, I will bump up my rating because they are making attempts to make this right, and as I've said, I do like the chairs.

Very nice and classy chairs. Pretty easy to put together, just 9 screws with washers, about 20 minutes for each chair. Tip for the front legs.. the tape is on there so you know which side the screw DOESNT go in.. ha! Anyways, clear instructions, and packaged well, very pleased.

Got the two chairs. The assembly instruction is easy to understand. Relatively easy to assemble. It takes some patience the first time to learn the right way. Took me half an hour to assemble the first one. The second chair took less time. In all, the chairs look very nice. Elegant. Sturdy. I like the beige color.

I like the chairs but when I was putting them together on the last chair one of the legs split. I contacted them and they had me take a picture of the leg and send it to them. They said they would replace the leg and apologized. That was quite a while ago and I have not received the leg yet. Hopefully I will !

Pros: These chairs look great! They are much more thoughtfully designed compared to a set of similarly priced chairs from another brand. The fabrics are soft and feels nice in a beautiful beige color, not yellow. The stitching and piping are neatly sewn, there is a dust cover underneath the chair, the hardware is thicker and smoother to assemble. Cons: However, it is obvious where the manufacturing cheapens out is in the seat cushions. It is soft and cushiony when you first sit for a few minutes, but, as a petite woman, it dips too much down into the seat and it makes the table top too high for me. After a while you can start feeling the springs underneath, and the cushion is too thin and is not high density enough to cover the springs. When you look under the chair, the seat upholstery only consists two strips of elastic webbing - this is NOT enough to hold up a person's entire weight for an extended time, which also explains why you sag into the chair a bit when sitting. This all could potentially cause hip problems. I am honestly very surprised none of the others reviews are mentioning these most crucial aspects of using a chair... Overall, this is a prime case of you get what you paid for. Beautiful chair, great price, but lacking in comfort and support. I would recommend these chairs if this is what your budget can afford and you don't mind overly soft chairs.
