Great Customer Service!

Not a computer desk chair
Color: Black
This was not the chair for my computer desk needs; I ended up returning it. It's great for lounging around, but not for doing any work. To use a keyboard, you must lean extremely far forward in the chair, taking your shoulders away from the back of the chair. The "rocking" function in the picture makes it appear that the chair back can be adjusted, but it cannot. You sit so far back, that an extra lumbar support pillow is needed to keep from slouching in front of a keyboard. The company reached out to me and did everything to make this right for me, thus I am updating my review; the customer service is definitely top notch.

First impressions are good!
Color: Black
This chair showed up with the parts I needed, plus a few marked "spare parts" along with the tool needed to assemble it. I didn't need to go get any tools before opening the box. It took me about 20 minutes to put together, which I did by myself pretty easily. The method of laying the backrest flat on the seat and installing the top screws first, then hinging it up and installing the bottoms ones worked really well -- just make sure you don't tighten the top ones at all before hinging it up to insert the bottom ones. If you're having a hard time getting the bottom holes to align with the holes on the arm rest, loosen the top screws. Overall, so far, so good! It's extremely coushy and comfortable, supports my back really well. The seat is nice and wide, and I love that the arm flip up so there's nothing digging into my thighs when I cross my legs in my chair.

Excellent chair, best yet.
Color: Black
COLAMY Leather Executive Office Chair, This chair is the best I have ever bought and assembled. Simple, well written instructions, quality parts and even a T-bar driver assembly tool. Surprisingly, very few bolts needed and easy assembly. (Tip- leave all bolts a little loose until assembly is complete, then tighten all. You will need to "wiggle" parts around get holes lined up perfectly.) The chair itself looks expensive, feels like leather and is super comfortable and supportive. Thick, firm foam padding. I paid a little more than I usually do for cheap office chairs, but it was well worth it. Big step up in quality over the$120 dollar ones. Get this one.
